The apartment I had was comfortable for my 6 night stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Ben who assisted with my check-in and faulty kettle. I can't fault the location as it is right near a red CAT free city bus service stop which can transport you to the WACA and Perth Stadium. This is incredibly helpful for people unfamiliar with Perth CBD who require accommodation close to these sporting grounds. I also found a tour company that offered hotel transfers to and from this hotel to Hillarys boat harbour to connect with the Rottnest Island ferry. This made for a very convenient trip to Rottnest during my stay.

Great stay here for a conference at the nearby Westin last week. Massive apartment style room (313). Lounge, self-contained kitchen, separate bedroom, and balcony. Bed was comfortable, and with a range of pillows to suit all. Shower cubicle in my large bathroom was a little dated, but the water pressure and temperature were great. Facilities were clean. Staff helpful at all times, location great (easy flat walk to the City and bus at the door). Basic gym, but the rooftop pool was greatly appreciated (as were the towels provided). Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, clean spacious and plenty of room for a family. Facilities in the hotel (pool and gym) great, offered all we needed for a family of 6 down to parking for extra cars and well equipped kitchen to cater for us all. TV was the largest we have ever seen, balcony had great views.

セント・メアリーズ大聖堂近くの落ち着いた雰囲気の区画にあるホテル。部屋内部を含むホテル内部はごく平均的。部屋内部もベット、ソファー、デスクがあるシンプルな部屋。バスはドアにより完全閉鎖できるタイプとドアがないタイプがある。部屋内部の冷蔵庫には水ではなく牛乳のパックがコンプリメンタリーで配備。食事はバフェタイプのコンチネンタルスタイル。

Die Unterkunft ist ok und Preisleistung war angemessen. Wir haben ein Upgrade in eine höhere Zimmerkategorie erhalten. Das Apartment war sehr gross. Sonst ist die Unterkunft zentralgelegen und gut erreichbar. Leider gibt es im Hotel kein Restaurant, Zimmerservice für Essen oder Café. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung liegen jedoch zwei Cafés und ein Restaurant. Wir haben die negativen Kommentare über den Late-checkin gelesen, dieser hat bei uns jedoch sehr gut geklappt. Ein Vorschlag zur Verbesserung des Gästeservice wäre, Dinge wie Stromadapter zum Leihen anzubieten. Das wäre ein Puls.
