Mantra on Hay - Perth

Great stay. Checkin was smooth. Rooms are comfortable, clean and tidy. Staff are welcoming, friendly and attentive. Very professional team. We stayed this year on our family trip and will continue to do so next year too.

Good friendly staff made our stay memorable. The large neat room were all we could ask for. A great location to get to the city and explore. In the end it's the small things that matter and this property has tge right mix.

Great hospitality. Very helpful staff. Conveniently located. Nice and tidy rooms, well arranged decor. Spacious rooms with well equipped kitchenette. Has a nice gym and pool at the rooftop as well. Will definitely be back on my next visit to Perth.

The hotel room was absolutely disgusting. Filled with dust, grease and mould. Walked in to the room smelling like fish and found lots of problems from there. Scuff marks all over walls, dust in any place at eye level or above, carpet not vacuumed, microwave not cleaned, kettle not emptied or cleaned from the last person who last used it. Stained bedding, dirty towels and mould growing in bathroom and around window seals. Followed up with staff twice before someone came up and worked around us while we were in the room. A gross experience having to tell someone what needs to be cleaned while you’re there watching them (wasn’t on purpose, we were there getting ready to go out. They also had all day while we were out to get the room sorted and didn’t). Lights in the apartment didn’t work, no ceiling lights in bedrooms at all. Incredibly poor experience but you wouldn’t think considering we paid $500 a night to be there

Poor service, no restaurant, credit card overcharged and still waiting a resolution. When I arrived after 5pm my room was still not ready and they had to find another one, took 20 mins to check in. Then overcharged my card and I am still trying to get the charge refunded after a week of multiple phone calls to the Hotel and discussions at checkout.
