ibis Styles East Perth

I was very disappointed. The closest parking is around 100 m from the motel and a public metered parking and all uphill to the motel. I was on the 8th floor and after arranging a room pass (pleasant staff) I caught the lift up. The room was so small I had to go outside to change my mind. I went to make a cup of tea (no tea) only coffee that was rock hard the same as the sugar. NO MILK not even the long life milk. No jug of water and the tap water was disgraceful. I ended up buying bottled water for a coffee. The shower was a joke and I had to run around in it to get wet. The bed was comfortable, but there were many other issues. I WILL NEVER BOOK THERE AGAIN. I'm from Kalgoorlie and have stayed in many motels City and Country and that was the worst and most expensive.

Very friendly / staffs very professional and informative 👏 👍 The best you can stay in Peth is all I can recommend to my family and friends....On top of it the food is just right... If you're planning to visit Perth try out Ibis Style Hotel and I guarantee you'll never regret a single moment of it...

Excellent Hotel and room, amazing sales team and food. I also utilised the Meeting rooms for a team meeting, great audio and easy to use. We also had catering for our staff which they really enjoyed, they also understood our dietary requirements for our vegan individuals.

We booked this hotel for the location and the fact that it is fairly new. The room is tiny and furnishing rather uncomfortable eg tiny bedside table on 3 legs that felt wobbly and too small to put anything more than a phone. The hotel phone was not user friendly and we could not get thru to the front desk at all. What bugged me most is the subpar housekeeping. Cups are sometimes not washed, toiletries not replenished, and other little details that seemed to indicate that cleaning was not done even though the bed is made and the toilet paper had that triangle fold. It was also the first hotel we stayed in that did not clean the room on Sundays and public holidays. The listing on TripAdvisor indicates that bottled water is provided but this is not the case for our stay. The booking site we used to book the room indicated laundry facility but it turned out to be just a line in the piece of paper you get when you check in telling you where the nearest laundromat is. I suppose it is a matter of personal preference that I would much prefer usable, comfortable furnishing to technological bells and whistles such as chrome cast. I find the furnishings, even the soap and shampoo bottles labelled in a manner that is meant to be hip, the piece of “Info sheet”, etc rather tacky.I guess it is ok if you are only staying for a night or two. We will certainly not stay here again.

The breakfast was good and plenty of choice available and the rooms clean but extremely small for twin share with inadequate space for two suitcases, very small bedside tables and very little space to manoeuvre around the room. Would not recommend staying here ... Out of the central CBD location and very few eating places to choose from. Very disappointed!!
