Do not stay at Mantra on Hay!!

From the moment I entered the room, the smell of damp and mold was overwhelming. It was so strong that it made the room uncomfortable to sleep in, and it left me genuinely concerned about whether it was safe to breathe in for an extended stay. Whatever is causing the odor seems to indicate a significant moisture problem that really needs attention. The room itself was very average. The furniture was chipped, worn, and noticeably damaged. The pillows were flat, flimsy, and felt like something that had been sitting in an old linen cupboard for years. For the price I paid, I expected basic comfort at the very least. I also wasn’t allowed to reserve parking, which was inconvenient, and surprisingly, the air conditioning remote was shared between rooms, something I’ve never encountered in a hotel before. Overall, this was a really unpleasant stay, and I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. I don’t normally complain, but the standard here fell well below what I paid for, and I hope management takes these issues seriously. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Les lits sont divisés en deux on ne sait pas pourquoi, sa fait mal au dos, l'appartement est cool, la cuisine également, mais le service est mauvais, le nettoyage n'est pas quotidien. Le personnel dérange. Je veux qu'on puisse améliorer le planning de nettoyage.

セント・メアリーズ大聖堂近くの落ち着いた雰囲気の区画にあるホテル。部屋内部を含むホテル内部はごく平均的。部屋内部もベット、ソファー、デスクがあるシンプルな部屋。バスはドアにより完全閉鎖できるタイプとドアがないタイプがある。部屋内部の冷蔵庫には水ではなく牛乳のパックがコンプリメンタリーで配備。食事はバフェタイプのコンチネンタルスタイル。

Die Unterkunft ist ok und Preisleistung war angemessen. Wir haben ein Upgrade in eine höhere Zimmerkategorie erhalten. Das Apartment war sehr gross. Sonst ist die Unterkunft zentralgelegen und gut erreichbar. Leider gibt es im Hotel kein Restaurant, Zimmerservice für Essen oder Café. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung liegen jedoch zwei Cafés und ein Restaurant. Wir haben die negativen Kommentare über den Late-checkin gelesen, dieser hat bei uns jedoch sehr gut geklappt. Ein Vorschlag zur Verbesserung des Gästeservice wäre, Dinge wie Stromadapter zum Leihen anzubieten. Das wäre ein Puls.
