Wonderful experience, but the apartment we stayed in, let us down. Being on summer holidays, we should have had an air conditioner, the kitchen pots and pans were very dirty, the laundry smelt of mold and the bathroom had mold. The battery remotes for the fans weren't working, so I bought new batteries. We have stayed with BreakFree Peninsula previously, but did not experience what we experienced this time. Will look forward coming back but hopefully you will keep your apartments very clean. Overall, your staff were wonderful, and your pools were also great. Thank you.

Overall experience was dissatisfaction. staff were at times rude, not following through with our requests, we had to constantly ask for wifi dongle with staff saying they didn't have any available, we finally received one a WEEK later and we were constantly being asked to pay for an extended stay by different staff which we had already paid . very unprofessional and frankly annoying to be constantly asked the same question over and again to the point where I asked "do you staff not communicate with each other and record statements? don't think Ill be in a hurry to stay there again. Its a shame because we've stayed there for years and never had an issue, I don't know what happened this year but definitely a drop in professionalism and standards.
