We loved our recent stay at Mantra MacArthur. The hotel was a handy walk to to the CBD and really is a well presented hotel. We were very happy with the service from staff and the rooms were very clean and tidy. We will definitely stay again…. In fact we already have another booking

This was our second stay and hotel didn’t disappoint. Room was clean and quite comfortable. One bedroom suites are spacious and good for a family. Breakfast was nice as well, coffee is nice at the restaurant. Tram station is right next to the hotel which makes it easy to reach city centre

Rooms were neat and fresh, breakfast buffet was nice too (their coffee is amazing). Staff always wanted to assist and were really friendly. Location is good and city centre is just 2 light rail stops away. They have option of 2 bedrooms suite which is perfect for families.

Visiting Canberra with family

I had made an error in my haste when booking a room for my family. I had booked 2 different apartments with 2 rooms instead of the intended single apartment with 2 rooms. I only realised my error when I checked into Mantra later in the afternoon. Nikhil who was the Front Office Manager at reception was exceptionally accomodating and understood my predicament and adjusted my booking at no extra change - something which he didn’t have to do. Very grateful for the extension of this courtesy to him and his front office team. Thank you. Had a great breakfast, rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Have stayed at this property before and would have no hesitate to go back when I’m back in Canberra.
