Handy comfortable stay in Canberra

Great experience with, booking , staff phoned to confirm booking requests, had a restful stay after a busy day out,comfortable lounge room and bedroom. Use of swimming pool refreshing. Helpful staff throughout stay, very welcoming. Need to keep bathroom door closed as don't want to set off the fire alarm when showering.

Rooms were spacious and apartment style, will all the features you'd expect. Staff were friendly. rooms could do with a refresh, especially paint and lighting to bring into this era. The light in the main bedroom was lit, but dimmed, I suspect it's been faulty for some time, a 2 min job from the maintenance team would have fixed that. Main Driveway & Car Park Driveway were tight to navigate, be careful when entering / exiting, scaring on the wall suggests a few customers have fallen victim to this mister meaner,

I left a shirt hanging in my room and when i called the next day, they said that there were no notes to say i had left anything but they would get back to me. They did not get back to me, so i called again, to be told that nothing was left in the room. When i advised that i had definitely left a white shirt hanging up in the room and that i would like the matter to be escalated, he said he would have someone call me back on Monday, which was yesterday. Very poor after sales service.

After thoroughly investigating, including checking the room multiple times and consulting our laundry provider, we were unable to locate the shirt. We also checked to ensure nothing was mistakenly sent with our laundry deliveries, but unfortunately, there was no trace of the item. We take all lost property matters seriously and maintain thorough documentation. However, if you believe there has been any misconduct or if you suspect the item was stolen, we encourage you to file a police report. Rest assured, we will fully cooperate with any police investigation to assist in resolving this situation. Lovely motel that gave me an upgrade. Nice staff, big rooms, will definitely stay again. Undercover carpark was only $20 for the day. Tram out the front, convenient. Staff helpful and accommodating. The suite had full laundry and kitchen facilities.
