Mantra Ettalong Beach

Stains all over the bed sheets, dinning charis, lounge, floor and bathroom tiles with mould No rubbish collection for family stay! One of the lifts seemed to have problem with card reader Allocated room for our family did not have standard door size so we could take pram inside with sleeping kids so had to fold it each time and wake up little ones.. Never ever recommend this place to anyone Star rating would be under 1 star

Great hotel for a family stay. The only annoying thing is the lack of seats around the pool. There is so much space and No where near enough chairs to sit on. We would just lying on the floor which isn’t idea for a hotel like this. They need to have more chairs and shade umbrellas during such a busy time of the holiday season. Big families get to the pool area really early and reserve their seats all day, it’s hard I. Others staying.

The rooms I stayed at were disgusting they had stains everywhere Utensils th were meant to use to eat and drink had stains on them the tub was yellow and the water was yellow too we were told that we were not aloud to make any noise after 9 (mind you we were only laughing and having a conversation on the balcony on our holiday) and that if we were to make noise again our deposit will be taken as stated in thier policy in every room

Ettalong is a lovely unique place. Had a late lunch while on holidays here. Food was good, nothing exciting. But it arrived pretty quickly. Busy atmosphere, but still pleasant. Will be wanting to stay in accommodation next holidays. Usually holiday at the Entrance, but Ettalong might be the new go to destination.

Budget accomodation without the budget price tag This “hotel” is actually self catering, self servicing apartments. Over priced for offering. Air con very noisy in the room. Although the noise from the pool surprisingly quiet. Pool room access was good. We booked for 3 but room only had enough cutlery and towels for 2 people and the sofa bed had inadequate bedding.
