Our Stay was excellent, everything went very well, Diggers club link Ibis Style Hotel, perfect for Breakfast and Dinner. Close from the Entrance shopping center and also Bateau Bay chopping Center With Ibis Style we were located on the lac side but at the Entrance we went too visited the seaside beaches. Guy

Great last minute find

We stopped here last minute with a family of five. Donna was amazing - found us a room, extra beds, had us settled within 15 mins. Accommodation is attached to Diggers Rest which was convenient for dinner being late (though meal was average). Would stay here again.

Stayed 1 night otw from Hunter Valley to Sydney. Upgraded to corner room at 4th level, which has good views of the lake. EV charging point only for Telsa, maybe another point for other EV would be great. Facility next door at Diggers including the restaurant is convenient for breakfast and dinner. Car park has ample lots and good drop off point.

Modern and Clean

Well, modern and not so clean. I arrived late after a long day on the road only to be greeted by the little brown critter. I asked the receptionist if he had any insect spray and he assured me he’d spray my room whilst I was having dinner. Not sure if he did as the room smelt the same as when I left. Also the most obvious thing about the toilet is self explanatory as is the stained doona and horrible pillows. I won’t be back!

Our housekeeping team stripped the bedding in the room on your departure and were unable to find any stains on the covers. We have recently replaced our pillows with high tops throughout the hotel. Our team are available 24 hours to assist our guests including alternate pillow options.
