Great spot, tired rooms

Great spot and good facilities but tired apartments and sub par cleanliness for a resort. We arrived during a peak time and room wasn’t ready at check in time (fair enough- peak time) but when we did get the room, it was still quite dirty with clumps of black hair and other body hair throughout the showers and room, marked and dirty carpet and lounge. The decorations are tired, broken glass in picture frames and the aircon doesn’t work- the room is very hot despite the air con on 24/7 on coldest possible setting. Great spot, pool is great and easy to access rooms from carpark. The place needs a refresh.

Great big pool with warm spa, nice balconies overlooking pool. But rooms need some renovating particularly bathrooms which were very ordinary. Comfy beds and big apartments with well equipped kitchen. A heads up about the construction voice coming from the two apartment towers going up next door would have changed our decision to book here.

Our family had an amazing stay at Mantra Nelson Bay. Our checkin process was easy and the service from Mark and Natalie was personal, friendly and professional. The location is perfect and we loved the room and the pool. We’ll definitely be returning here!

A fantastic place to stay. Ticks all of the boxes. Location, cleanliness, great staff, great value.

No views only a car park and a huge tree

We stayed in room 10 Worst room we have ever stayed in The apartment was nice inside but No view of anything even though we paid almost $600 for a 2 bedroom apartment for 3 nights our room was behind a big tree full of stink bugs that were all over the furniture outside they were all over the verandah Smoking area was directly under our verandah so smokers 2nd hand smoke came up, pool view was non Existent There was construction across the rd so too noisy to sit outside on verandah as they were using jack hammers parking was a nightmare too far away from our room when u have to carry luggage Free Internet does not work not a good trip Would never stay again Very dissapointing
