Corridors and room were smelly and did not appear clean. Even after opening windows to air out room it was still unpleasant. My partner refused to stay in the room with concerns about hygiene. Checked out and moved to another hotel. Received refund for unused night.

The online booking was easy we got a very friendly and professional customer service. Parking is sorted out in third party it was $30 for 24 hours. The rooms was very clean and modern. Very CBD vibes. We stayed one night everything was good. Highly recommended.

This is my second time staying at Mantra 100 Exhibition. For my colleagues, it has been the 4th or 5th times maybe. And we always experienced some issues. Focusing on my trip this time. 1) We found difficulties to enter the hotel because no receptionist available after the working hours of the hotel. 2) We have been requesting in email to get the code for the door and the code for the safe box to get our keys. We we told that we can call the afterhours number - which is an Australian number and we are from Indonesia we do not have Australia SIM Card (as a service provider in hotel management you must consider this for your guests!) OR we can call the service staff using the intercom. You must be informed that that NO ONE answer to that intercom at all. Lucky we had our best airport pick up driver who then very helpful at 5.30 AM calling the afterhours number for us. 3) Speaking of the intercom - on Nov 5th evening due to Melbourne Cup holiday, your receptionist finish their work hours at 6PM. I arrived at 6.15 PM at the entrance, the door was closed and I needed the code to enter. I forgot the code and I was by myself with no Australia SIM Card and no phone reception. I tried to call your service staff again using the intercom - did it several times no one answer. THEN SOMEONE (MAYBE THE RECEPTIONIST) A WOMAN PASSED BY INSIDE THE HOTEL AND WENT INTO THE RECEPTIONIST ROOM - SHE SAW ME AT THE DOOR YET SHE DIDN'T BOTHER TO HELP ME TO OPEN THE DOOR NOR EVEN ASKED ME IF I NEED ANY HELP. This is not a good service at all!!!! 4) I like the room. It's very spacious for me. But it's always funny how I discovered that when I asked for 1 time thorough cleaning by the housekeeping, I found my dirty glasses and spoons still in the sink. And I found that the bathroom has dust or something on the floor near the door which by all meaning is DIRTY. So by all meaning, please do improvement on your service and facilities.

Great staff Great location Stayed on room 102 Massive apartment Air conditioner didn't work So was provided a heater which wasn't up to the chilly Melbourne weather The noise from flushing toilets is very loud and really hits you in the middle of the night If there wasn't those issues I would rate it 10 Probably stay a high floor you will be happy Willing to try again as long as I m up on top level

Booked room for 3 people (2 adults 1 child). No linen or towels provided for 3rd person. Opened sofa bed up- bed broken unusable. Notified reception- very quick to respond. Given new room with sofa bed that was usable, but room was very dirty/dusty crumbs and food on floor/carpet. Surfaces dusty. Room had a vile stale urine smell in carpet and on sofa bed. Bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned and floor in need of mopping. Carpets in dire need of steam cleaning. The hotel its self is in a great location. Reception staff friendly and helpful
