Great stay and great people. Very well located and a spacious apartment. Nothing was too crowded I. The hotel and was very clean in the public areas. Parking was convenient and included in the cost. Which seems to be rare now on the Gold Coast. We would stay again.

The bed not much firm. No drop keys for easy check out. No toilet at the reception area need to go back to your room. No water dispenser for guest coming for check in. No drive way at the entrance. No trolley to carry all the bags

Very average. Need to specify which tower if you want to be close to the beach, can only use the pool in the tower you are staying, no restaurant. Expensive for what it is. Not up to Accor standards and staff are poorly trained or have the wrong approach to customer service. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Great hotel, perfectly located. We booked a twin room on level 35 and the view was amazing! Great choice of resteraunts (formal and takeaway) downstairs and very close to the beach. Supermarkets and bottleshop withing minutes too if you decide to self cater! Highly recommended!

Have stayed in a lot nicer and cleaner motels for way less $

Bathroom had black mould and disgusting room or carpet smelled like wet mouldy wool every time you walked in from out side the wifi wouldn’t connect to our phones the password sas just scribbled on inside of card holder Tv remote was faulty , receptionist was untidy and have not been contacted about complaint we submitted
