I am pleased to hear that you enjoyed our central location and found your room to be spacious, clean, and good value for money. It is also wonderful to know that the bedding, amenities, and overall room presentation met your expectations. I do, however, appreciate your comments regarding the external noise. As our hotel is located in the heart of Sydney's CBD on a main thoroughfare, some street-facing rooms can occasionally experience city noise. I understand how this may impact comfort, and I am sorry if it detracted from your stay. I also note your feedback regarding the reception experience, departure process, and WiFi connection speed. We continually review these areas to ensure we provide a seamless guest experience, and your comments help us identify opportunities for improvement.
