대략 1년 전 예약이였지만 얼리체크인이 안되는 건 이해하지만 가능하다고 해서 기다렸는데 2시간 넘게 기다리다 모두 지침. 플래티넘 등급이였으나 룸업그레이드 없었고 오히려 엘리베이터 앞에 룸을 줘서 룸 체인지 요청 더 낮은 층의 방을 줌 다운그레이드 된 느낌 다시 호주를 온다면 이용하고 싶지 않음

세번의 룸서비스모두 맛이 훌륭했습니다. 빠르고 친절한 호텔 스텝은 인상 깊었습니다. 특히 클럽라운지의 응대는 훌륭했습니다. (그는 너무나 바빴지만 항상 친절했어요 ) 클럽라운지의 모든 직원분들이너무도 친절해서 매우 즐거운 여행이 되었습니다. 감사합니다. 클럽라운지의 뷰와 분위기도 환상적이었으며 음식과 주류도 훌륭했습니다.
