Dear Jenny, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m sorry to hear your experience did not meet expectations. Providing government issued ID at check-in is a mandatory part of our check-in process, in line with our policies to help prevent fraudulent activity and ensure the safety and security of all guests. I’m sorry if this was not clearly communicated or handled in a more courteous manner. I also apologise that you didn’t receive assistance with your luggage and for the condition of the apartment. Cleanliness and service are priorities for us, and I’ll be following this up with the team to ensure this is addressed. With regard to the room charge, I understand your frustration. Our team upgraded you to a two-bedroom apartment in good faith due to availability, but you should not have been asked to pay extra for a room type you didn’t book or request. Dear 674berniep, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that your experience didn’t go as expected. Regarding the pool, I’d like to clarify that it was open during your stay, but access does require using a different set of lifts which we do point out during check in. I apologise if that wasn’t made clear enough at the time. As for local dining options, we’re always happy to recommend nearby restaurants, though we don’t always have access to their operating hours. I’m sorry for the inconvenience this caused and understand how frustrating it must have been. Your feedback is appreciated, and we’ll certainly take it on board as we continue to improve the experience for all our guests. We do hope to welcome you back in the future for a more enjoyable stay. Dear Kay, Thank you for your feedback. We apologies for the inconvenience regarding your allocated room. We’re sorry to hear about the lack of bedside tables – we can imagine how frustrating that must have been, and we will certainly look into this for future stays. We’ll also take your feedback on the lounge area and the bathroom on board, as we strive to improve the comfort and functionality of our rooms. Regarding the shower head, we sincerely apologies for the difficulty in adjusting it, as well as the issue with water spraying onto the towels. We’ll ensure this is addressed immediately. We also regret the inconvenience with the missing remote controls for both TVs. We’re glad to hear that Reception was able to deliver the remotes promptly. We understand your concern about the room facing the main street and construction site. While the double-glazed windows help minimise noise, we do appreciate that external factors can still be disruptive. Thanks again for your valuable feedback.
