I am a frequent user of Ibis TImisoara, Accor long time member. reserved 2 rooms, for 2 nights stay. 1) As usal, on the reservation, kindly requested rooms, to the front of the Hotel, to avoid the noise of the trains - this request was not attended 2) One of the rooms was prepared for disable people. it is ok, but not confortable, specially the prepared bathroom. It might be ok if no other rooms available. But this should had been previous announced in the reception checkin - was not. 3) on the first night, as usual, took dinner on the Hotel. A presume a few people working, I was asked to dismiss or accept long time waiting, because there was a few personal. It took 1,5 hours to have the meal served. The food was quite ok, the table service also ok, the waiting time unacceptable.

Everything was very nice, except the lack of open balcony.
