Stayed at the Mercure KL Shaw Parade for one night as an ALL Platinum. I was accommodated in a privilege room after booking an entry-level room. I was disappointed with the check-in process and the representative tried to charge me the full rate despite me having used ALL points. When I pointed this out, the representative then tried to charge me the cash equivalent of the points rather than the remaining sum. Guests looking to redeem ALL points here should review their invoices carefully. I appreciated the coffee/drinks at the lobby lounge which was part of the ALL benefit. Privilege rooms also had complimentary snacks and drinks, and the hotel provided a nice fruit and chocolate plate. The hotel granted a late check out which I appreciated.

Big Thank you to Justine at the M-dinning lounge for the services and hospitality. During my stay, my friend and I went several time to the lounge and we always got the smile and warm welcome and excellent from Justine and the same from Samuel. Thank you so much. So far we also really like the room. Very impressed with the in-room water dispenser. ✨

This is a good to go to hotel, location, close in terms of walking to several large shopping halls, access to LRT and Monorail, which are exceedingly cheap to get around on. Atrip to Batu caves from here cost Myr 4.30. Our room was a good size, with views across the city, always clean and fresh every day, everything worked well. Breakfast was ok with varied choice. The hotel staff, well, friendly, helpful, just great, always pleasing to talk to, from security at the door to all the staff in housekeeping and the restaurant. We do recommend and would return.

Great location with shopping malls n good food within walking distance all around. Staffs n housekeeping are friendly n understanding n excellent. Rooms are spacious n clean 👍🏼 Definitely will stay again is i am back in KL Excellent experience

ที่ตั้งถึงจะห่างจากใจกลางชุมชนหน่อย แต่เดินทางไม่ไกล ไปไหนก้อสะดวกดี เงียบสงบ มีอาหารด้านหลังโรงแรม มีร้านข้าวมันไก่ หมูแดง หมูกรอบ อร่อยๆ ด้วย
