I had a great stay at this Ibis in Bomonti, Istanbul. A special thanks to the bell person, Emre. He made our stay special. Emre was professional and genuinely kind. Also, the breakfast was so good. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone. Great value and great comfort!

It was a great experience and excellent service, especially the receptionist Mahmoud, who was helpful and kind. The service was fast and very cooperative. The location of the hotel is very excellent. The gym was not available and was under maintenance. However, the employee Mahmoud helped us find a spa and a gym in another hotel.

Great hotel. Friendly staff. Breakfast is very good. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The bed was too hard for my taste. A great place. I promised to mention Burcu, the receptionist. Thanks for everything to all the staff. Istanbul is great city to visit. I hope that you enjoy your visit.
