The staff are very polite and helpful. Breakfast is fantastic. Very clean. Nice location. Though it is located ln a main road it is very quiet once you close the windows. Tv has almost all channels so you can watch all subscription channels and football. 😄

Stayed at this hotel from 10 to 14/03/25. Good location and clean (although the carpet wasn't cleaned every day, I tried to leave something on the floor and it was there for four days). Good breakfast. They do night cleaning in the corridors: it was 1 am when a cleaner was vacuuming outside the rooms I had to get up, open the door and tell him it was night and he apologized and left, this matter was reported to the reception the following morning. Be careful with the drinks in the mini bar: Taking a bottle of wine from the mini bar, I noticed a small bottle of gin opened and halved and an open box of peanuts. I wrote a message in English on the sheet to the cleaning staff, placing the Open items next to the sheet and writing that I found them open in the fridge and that instead I had only opened and used a bottle of wine. From what the reception told me, the message was never delivered, even though the sheet was torn and the incident was not reported, so they charged me €35 for extra drinks even though I had warned that I had found them and as a reason I was told that the cleaning staff does not speak or understand English. All excuses, because even if he did not read or understand, he could have delivered the sheet to the reception. It was really bad because they questioned what I said even though I had warned by writing it.

By far, one of the best 4-star hotels I have stayed at in Istanbul! The value for money is incredible, offering a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained experience that exceeds expectations. Rooms & Comfort (5/5) The hotel is spotless, and the rooms are superb—spacious, modern, and equipped with all amenities for a comfortable stay. The beds ensure a restful sleep, and the heating works perfectly during winter, making it a cozy retreat. The bathrooms are fantastic, with fresh-smelling towels and napkins always available. Food & Dining (4/5) While the breakfast and food options could have been better, they were still very good and satisfying. A bit more variety would be a great improvement, but overall, the quality was impressive. Location & Convenience (5/5) The location is unbeatable—within walking distance to Taksim Square and the ferry port, making it easy to explore Istanbul. There are plenty of dining and nightlife options nearby, plus a convenience store next door for essentials like water, sodas, beer, and snacks. Service & Hospitality (4.5/5) The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff ensuring a great stay. However, one issue I faced was an absurd €30 charge for allowing a business guest into my room for a meeting. I had to argue with the receptionist and manager before they finally agreed to waive the fee. While I understand charging for overnight guests, applying this fee for a short meeting is unreasonable. Hopefully, the hotel reconsiders this policy. Overall Experience (5/5) Aside from that minor issue, my stay was fantastic—clean, comfortable, and with top-notch service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul!

7층에 방을 배정 받아 숙박하고 있었는데, 8층이 공사 중이어서 낮에 소음이 많았고, 전망 좋은 식당을 이용할 수 없었다.
