I stayed in Mercure Bomanti for 17 nights and I had a wonderful stay.The property is gorgeous, the service is top notch and the facilities are excellent. I loved my spacious deluxe room and the location of the hotel is stunning. Breakfast was variable and spectacular and the guest relation manager, Ms.Pantea is really very professional, helpful and charming person. Pantea is a great representative of the hotel and she is doing great efforts to make each customer satisfied. I highly recommend this hotel because of its location, service and the high level of customer service under the supervision of Pantea.

The room was big and great , but the window doesn’t closed in a proper way , the toilet was smelly , and the door get stuck you need to pull harder to open it , the restaurant was empty no one to serve us , i had to go out to call for someone and the food took 45 minutes to one hour to prepare but we we asked they said 15 minutes .

From the moment I arrived I was surrounded by attention and care. I love Accor hotels for their high level. Mercure Ist Bomonti provides a good level of service for a fire price. I would not have felt such a pleasantly if a hotel guest relation assistant Pantea had not been helped me. She did her best to provide me all I needed, I really felt a great care. I think that even taking into account that a few things must be a bit improved this hotel is definitely good for this price. It's also thanks to the hard work of the staff.

We stayed 5 nights and booked 2 rooms. Both rooms were very large and beautiful! Mr. Pekin (the manager) was very professional and caring! I had to go to Germany for a week and I left my luggage there. I was so happy with my stay that I booked a room on my return to stay there again. I highly recommend this hotel and already referred 2 families from California for their vacation.

We stayed in the hotel for a week. The guest relations lady was super helpful and very nice. The night shift receptionist is a bit aggressive. There is a smoking smell in the rooms, even the non smoking rooms. Breakfast has very limited choices. I’d say this is a 3 stars hotel not 5 stars. A bit pricy for in my opinion 3 stars hotel.
