메리어트, 힐튼, IHG과 비교해서 친절도 시설 이용에 대한 안내가 부족하다. 월컴 기프드와 식음료 크래딧도 받지 못해서 문의를 하니 그제서야 제공을 받았다.

cigarette smell in room, no resolution by hotel

Location is great! We were excited to spend a few days there. But one of our two rooms (the one that was meant to be the kids' room) had a VERY strong cigarette smell. We asked for another room and were told we could not switch. They were supposed to send someone up and never did. When I went downstairs all they could offer was trying to filter the air, which did not change the smell at all, since it is likely due to the furniture/walls. When I asked the front desk if I could speak to a manager they said one was not available. When I emailed them after our stay they never responded. We were unable to use the room and essentially had to squeeze our family of 5 into one room, since neither I nor the kids could tolerate the cigarette smell despite open windows in winter! I would not stay there again. Will stick to Airbnb instead.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the cigarette smell in one of your rooms and for the frustration this caused your family. We understand how uncomfortable this must have been, especially while traveling with children. We also regret that we were unable to offer a room change at that time and that our follow-up did not meet the level of service we aim to provide. Your comments regarding the lack of resolution and communication have been taken very seriously. This is certainly not the experience we want our guests to have, and we apologize for the disappointment caused. We appreciate your positive note about our location and are sorry that this issue overshadowed the rest of your stay.
