My husband and I spent five nights at this hotel while touring around Istanbul. We found our check-in to be quick and easy, the room to be very comfortable and clean. We required extra pillows and water which were provided promptly when requested. The housekeeping is impeccable. Nazan, our housekeeper was waiting every morning as we exited the room and we were able to ask her for any additional items we needed. We had our breakfast and club access included in our room. Breakfast has a reasonable number of options and they will custom make eggs for you as well. The club access is really not worth the value, we would not get that if we were to stay here again. As per other reviews, you will notice the loud music from Nomads Restaurant on the 9th floor. We were on the third floor and we could still hear it quite distinctly. It wasn't too much of a bother for us and it usually ended around midnight. This hotel is really well located, walking distance from everything. If you decide not to include the breakfast, there are many options within a few feet of the hotel. Overall we were satisfied with our stay.

Muzaffer was very kind and polite . Very good room service . I recommend you this hotel! The staff is friendly and helpful. The rommes are clean . Istanbul is very beautiful city :) all the sightseeings are near to the hotel. Love it very much , very nice

Came to Istanbul for a friend’s wedding and had a very pleasant stay as I always do at any Sofitel property. Spacious and modern room with a cute indoor balcony. Stellar views from the rooftop and The Oven cafe. Location is very central in Taksim square and only a two minute walk from the Taksim metro. Special mention goes to Muzaffer on the fourth floor who is so warm, kind and took care of me really really well during my stay. Will miss him!

Erkan and Tacettin were extremely friendly and helpful to us! We loved them so much. The room was very tidy and the service was excellent The two guys Erkan and Tacettin were extremely helpful, they found money that we lost and returned it to us

Amazing hotel. Bahara amazing service at the pool. She even game us bags to put our wet clothes in to take upstairs. The beds were very controllable. The location is amazing. Right in the middle of taksim square. Thank you very much for the experience.
