Out experience at the SOFITEL Istanbul Taksim was exceptional. The staff were remarkably helpful, with every interaction characterized by a genuine willingness to assist. The hotel boasts top-notch facilities, and our room was impressively spacious and comfortable. A special thank you to “ULKU” from the Sofitel management team, whose assistance was particularly appreciated. Overall, this is a truly outstanding hotel that I would highly recommend."

We recently completed our stay at the Sofitel Taksim in Istanbul and our stay was greatly enhanced by all the staff at the hotel who made you feel welcome and appreciated. In particular, we like to recognize Ms Yagmur at the front desk who responded in a very positive and professional manner in helping us with our requests. She made us feel that we were valuable customers. In addition, we want to give a shout out t the Concierge kaan who was a joy to work with and who helped us lay out our tours advising us on what to see and do. He also followed up with our plans and always greeted us with a smile and a good word. Hotels can have good rooms and food but it is their staff that are there to help and make you feel welcome that defines excellence. Therefore, this Sofitel deserves a five star review.

We chose this hotel because of the location near the Taksim Square. Stayed with my sisters in a Superior room King with extra sofa bed for the 3rd person. The room itself is spacious, clean and the bed is very comfortable. The had a breakfast at the basement floor and for me its okay. Not too many selection. We ordered the Menemem and its a bit runny. No taste at all. Not worth it for the price we paid. We also had the lunch at The Oven, the hotel restaurant and i must recommend this place. The food was very very good and delicious and even though its a bit pricey, don’t mind to pay when its really worth it. A big shout out to Ankit Rana, the waiter who served us. He is really polite, professional and friendly at the same time. A credit to the hotel. Overall i would stay here again.

Mr Muzzafar was the best on floor 4 Mr.Muzzafar was always ready to help with a warm smile and made me happy. Thanks to him my visit was even more special .when I come again to turkey it’s we’ll be here. The hotel location is fantastic close to everything we needed and perfect for exploring the city
