여행을 많이 다녀봤지만 특히 5성급 호텔 직원들 태도와 마인드가 이런곳은 처음이다
체크인카운터 직원들과 룸담당메이드외에는 웃는얼굴을 하는 직원을 본적이 없고 인사를 하는데 무시하고 지나가버리고 조식당과 심지어 라운지내 직원들조차 웃음기없는 얼굴과 표정으로 손님을 응대한다.
유럽내 심지어 동양에서도 대부분의 5성급호텔에서는 1층 로비를 드나들어도 웃으며 인사를 한다
손님이 먼저 인사를 건네는데 인사를 무시하고 가버리는 경우는 처음겪었다
기분좋은 아침 조식당에서부터 인상쓰고 커피써빙하는 직원들을 보면 하루를 망치는 기분이 든다
시설이나 다른면들이 좋으면 뭐하나
직원들 서비스마인드가 엉망인데 정말 다시는 가고 싶지 않았다
그래도 체크인때 신경써준 여직원과 버틀러에게는 감사함을 전한다
