I stayed at Mercure Rouse Hill at the end of March 2024 with my partner for my birthday. The hotel had free parking (plenty of spaces), the staff were friendly and the room was a good temperature (aircon worked perfectly), it was spacious, clean, quiet, and with a very comfortable bed. The gymnasium was well equipped and they had a small pool on site. You can also eat and drink on site at the Fiddler which had a great atmosphere. It’s not always the case, but I can confirm the room/hotel looked exactly like the photos. I couldn’t fault my stay, would definitely recommend the hotel if you are looking for a place to stay in the area.

Another example of a new, quintessentially modern Mercure. Superbly appointed with manicured gardens and ideally located adjacent to the famous Fiddlers food and entertainment complex. The property boasts amazing staff, free parking, spotless well appointed and comfortable rooms. Your stay is rounded out with large TVs, pool and a shower space that will sooth your soul. High recommendation from me with many thanks to Skye, Nathan and Eranja on reception, well done team Mercure Rouse Hill. Credit also goes to the flawless housekeeping staff

Excellent hotel, I stayed in a ground floor room, superb accommodation, spacious and perfectly comfortable for 2 nights. Couldn’t fault it. Dinner was great in the super large pub adjoining the hotel. Pool location was pretty poor directly outside the reception and pub area - not that I used it. It’s more plunge than swim!

My wife and I have stayed here three times and found it very clean and quiet . Great sized rooms all with aircon . Very minimal road noise . It is alongside a great venue for dinner and drinks . Located close to a major shopping centre. Easy to find .

Location was suitable to where I was looking to be. Easy free parking. Located right beside pub and other takeaway food places. Ordering a meal was easy and quick. Food was ok. Disappointed with wifi it was poor so had to rely on phone hotspot. Shower decided to drip at some point during the night for no reason then stopped. Staff were friendly and pleasant on arrival.

I agree our proximity to the Fiddler and Rouse Hill town Centre are definitely a major asset and convenience. I do however apologize that you found the Wi-Fi to be poor, we rarely receive any notice from other guests regarding our Wi-Fi and I do apologize if this had affected your work. When mentioned such issues such as the water to reception, the staff are more than happy to call maintenance to investigate and have the issue sorted as soon as possible.
