We are delighted that you found our staff to be exceptional in service quality, and it warms us to know that Aalilya, in particular, made a memorable impression during your dining experience at our restaurant. Furthermore, we are pleased that you appreciated our convenient hotel parking and the easy access to the motorway, which makes commuting a breeze. However, we regret to hear that you encountered difficulties locating the hotel entry and experienced challenges with the carpark entry. We understand that first impressions are important, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Moreover, we acknowledge your comments regarding the size of the room and understand that comfort is paramount.
