Avoid. Hidden charges everywhere. Fees for parking and for using cash. Lights in awkward places making either blindingly bright or dark shadow areas in the room. Room has a dark and heavy mood. Great for vampires! Ridiculously overheated. Feel like we're cooked. Worst shower head possible. Leaky, mounted way too high and not adjustable. Never coming back.

I have stayed at this hotel for many years and it never disappoints. I travel the world as an Accor platinum member and I can honestly say this hotel is one of my favourites. The beds are amazing and you just have to love a 24hr bar! Kelum has made this place a true “home away from home experience.” He is such a gentleman and genuine guy. I can see how all his hard work over the years has made this place what it is. A wonderful experience always. Thanks for all the wicked memories and hospitality over the years Kelum. I have stayed at Ibis hotels before but this was a pleasant surprise. Rooms were spacious, staff was extremely friendly and supportive and hotel was very clean. Enjoyed the 6 nights stay there and will definitely stay at this hotel whenever I am going to be in Melbourne.

Hotel , très confortable, récent, chambre équipé dune bureau , lit confortable , dun fer a repasser, seche cheveux , l'hôtel et entouré de beaucoup de restaurant et également de la station de métro, idéal pour se rendre à melbourne. Petit bémol sur le prix du petit déjeuner qui n'est pas extraordinaire.

We zaten in dit hotel vanwege het werk van mijn man. Voor een Ibis is dit een zeer net hotel met fijne schone kamers. Belachelijk dat je nog steeds moet betalen voor internet zeker in zulke grote ketens. Ontbijt is erg karig en het geld zeker niet waard. Geen kaas of vleeswaren weinig keuze aan broodjes. Kantine achrige setting. Personeel receptie vriendelijk ook al is het wel raar dat als er een aanbieding is van twee flesjes water voor zes dollar je toch de sruks prijs moet betalen. Hotel ligt een beetje in een Aziatische wijk waardoor je er erg lekker kunt dineren in 1 van de vele restaurants. Dichtbij station ideaal om met de trein naar Melbourne te gaan
