Great position for eastern suburbs. Hotel comfortable and restaurant was excellent and breakfast also fantastic. If the restaurant does not suit there are several restaurants downstairs and if you go out the back entrance from downstairs there are just about every eatery you can think of.

Great Christmas stay. Great food. Great service. Excellent value. Within 10 minute walk of railway station that takes you into the city in less than 45 minutes. Indian food at hotel restaurant remains amongst best Indian food I have had, and excellent value. Overall a great stay, as usual.

Clean, quiet, comfortable and very friendly welcoming staff. Easy check in and out. Highly recommended. Room was better than expected, very spacious. Our room faced Springvale Rd but was still quiet enough to get a great night sleep. Onsite car parking was easy and safe as well.

Absolutely fabulous deluxe room with shower over bath. Clean, comfortable King bed, luxury room. Brilliantly located close to many restaurants, cafes, cinema & The Glen shopping centre. Close to train station. Helpful, happy staff!!!

Stayed 5 nights in the Junior suite as a Platinum member. Great room with a spa. Asked reception to assist connecting my Amazon fire stick and he was there immediately- so quick! Dario (hope I spelled that right) in the restaurant was quick to ensure we didn’t want for anything. No longer having to swipe the card for undercover parking- number plate recognition has been introduced- so much easier! As Platinum we had a named parking spot right outside the downstairs lobby - pity platinum still has to pay for parking. This Novotel is walking distance to the train station to the city and the bus station with buses that run frequently all around Melbourne. Also within walking distance is shopping at the Glen, an array of food stores and restaurants including a Village cinema and bowling alley. We think this will be our home away from home when in Melbourne.
