Simple, no-frills hotel located near a lot of Asian eateries. Got a room facing the road on the 2nd floor but the soundproofing was excellent. Couldn’t tell that the busy road was just outside the window. What I did not like was the old style shower head that was fixed to the wall…

This is a good business hotel. Hotel staff is very courteous. There are lots of multi cuisine options available at stones throw distance from hotel. It’s a convenient meeting place for most of customers as it is out of city centre

We stayed for 12 nights and enjoyed the comfort and friendly atmosphere. All the staff were fantastic and nothing was ever a problem. The breakfast was wonderful and evening meals in the restaurant were fantastic. We will definitely return.

My latest stay was awesome, as usual. Their Indian food is amongst the best in the world. Breakfast buffet is extremely comprehensive. Love the orange 🍊 juice making machine. I was given an LED touch lamp within about an hour of asking for one. Thanks very much to Kavita and her staff who are super helpful, going well beyond what one could normally expect from customer service at a 4 star **** hotel. I have included some photos of highlights in my profile in Tripadvisor profile. Looking forward to my next stay very much.

Great position; welcoming staff; good food options - especially breakfast. Only disappointment was the swimming pool being so cold for the average person, however, this was the first time out of half a dozen visits that something was wrong. Would have appreciated it warming up over 48 hours though !
