Unfortunately this hotel was a massive let down. Yes, the decor was beautiful. However the management and service was appalling: - the bedsheets smelled like damp (they had clearly been left wet for too long before drying). The smell was very strong. I complained multiple times and they were replaced once but still smelled. It was embarrassing to have to carry a pillow to reception and force them to smell it to prove my point. - in a 5* hotel you expect every part of the room to be cleaned. The top shelf in the cupboard wasn't. We showed housekeeping and they wiped it down but the point was that to wipe that shelf down, the point was that the room was not cleaned properly in the first place. - we had a tour booked one morning and asked the front desk to arrange a take away breakfast bag as we would leave before the breakfast buffet opened. I had pre arranged this before checking in, and also confirmed this upon check in. Come the morning of the tour, surprise surprise, no breakfast bag. - to apologise for these and other things, the front of house manager Hüseyin arranged a free dinner for us. Unfortunately the food was a let down in their Turkish restaurant. - he also promised me a free spa treatment that he never arranged (I have the WhatsApp conversation to prove this if management would like a screenshot). Overall, this was my chance to convince my husband that expensive 5* hotels are worth the money, and the hotel failed me. I really hope they can improve things because the hotel does look beautiful.

It was a great service and excellent hospitality thanks to Elmira who made our check out process. They will also help me to arrange a taxi to the airport I mean Mr Ugurcan. Emre was very warm too and worth to mention about him!

Everything was good, excellently done by Emre. He helped me to creat a new reservation we stayed 2 extra days with good action thanks to him. Briefly I can say the best for him!! He was the best we thank you Nuri and the stay was very pleasant.. we will come back. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else thanks to Utku and I will recommend to my friends

Experience was 5 star! Especially the concierge service thanks Mr Nuri! And Ugurcan and Emre , of course we will come back. Breakfast was perfect and all the staff are very helpful. I’m coming from England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 we love that hotel .. thanks to the staff

Everything is great the place clean and the staff very kind . Emre was looking fancy with his glassess!! Good place for a family. And we are for a vacation and we will come back. We visited galataport and it was very near . Actually everywhere is near thank you all Emre and Nuri and everyone!!
