Our stay has been great. The room is cleaned to a good standard every day and all the staff at reception and breakfast, such as Lale, are accommodating and helpful. The breakfast has a variety of options and the room/shower has everything you need.

The room is very big clean and beautiful . The breakfast is unlimited and is a different selection of food every day. The workers are very accommodating and helpful especially Lalé and the cleaners and basically everyone 😁. I would definitely recommend staying here the view is stunning there’s a lot to do in the hotel too itself like the spa ,hair treatments ,free sauna etc!

Experience was excellent , Lale was very helpful and we had wonderful stay at Rixos. Staff was very accomodating and all request was considered. Zarina at reception is also very helpful . Overall it was excellent experience . We stayed for 4 nights . 😍😍😍😍😍😍👍👍

Lale and Fuad were fantastic. All staff were very helpful. Rooms had everything you could need. Beautiful hotel in a great location . Lovely bar in courtyard for happy hour Would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Istanbul. Had a great stay here

A pleasant stay eventually

The hotel is well presented and the staff helpful. Our initial room was too hot and we were told the aircon was ' centralized' so the first night we stayed awake at 24 degrees. We could not leave the windows open because of the traffic noise particularly car horns into the early morning. We complained the next day and after much stabbing of the control system by the duty manager ( not sur why if it is a centralized system ) were move to another room in a different building. This had aircon and was not noisy ( it overlooked the British Consulate ). This room was fine but the experience disruptive. Breakfast is good. We did not use the other facilities as we preferred to eat out.
