The service was excellent, especially the housekeeping guys. Their lost and found staff did a tremendous job of finding and returning my belongings safely. They have an elaborate system of filling forms and verifications, and I traveled back to the hotel to retrieve it. Thanks to Mustafa and Gorken. The room was comfortable. The concierge service, their reception staff, the breakfast staff were all very efficient. The main lobby/lounge area is always very busy and too noisy. Location was convenient to walk to nearby attractions by walking down and back up steep and winding streets.

I do recommend the staying at this hotel. Room service is excellent. Nice breakfast. Nice view on bosphorus. I would like to thank Mr. Emirhan and Mr. Burokhan for their nice hospitality.
