Great location, great food, and great staff! Always smiling and courteous. Special call out to Kerim from housekeeping… for remembering my request and for keeping the my room tidy. Conveniently located, easy walk to scenic locations, eg Taksim. Will definitely come back!

Their service is amazing, especially samet from belldesk. They made everything easy and smooth. Will definitely come again. The rooms were very clean and spacious everything was nice. It would be even better if they can update their tvs to have youtube and netflix.

Swisshotel is truly one of the most magnificent hotels I have ever been too. I have a residence for 3 days I had a big oil stain and when I gave it to the launders staff they returned it with absolutely nothing on it truly amazing props to Ozgur from launders. The view is superb with the river at our feet.
