Amazing service ! Kerem and Nazli were so sweet and kind and took the best care of our family we had the best breakfast and best service thank you so much ! We will definitely be back, highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Turkey!

Beautiful lobby with great views of Bosphorous. Our corner garden room was wonderful, big size, with huge glass views! A versatile and generous breakfeast. The SPA area (pool, gym) however needs improvement and refurbishment, it doesn't look new.

My stay was perfect from start to finish. The view from the hotel's location, the helpfulness of the staff, everything was excellent. I want to thank the lady at the reception, who is especially captivated by her beauty. He admired her for her ethnic beauty and her friendliness. We had an amazing time and the staff was great, especially the receptionist Saliha! She excelled in assisting us with everything we needed she was super welcoming and very friendly. Chatting with her while she helps us with accommodations made everything less stressful.

Amazing stay at Swiss besphorus residence very spacious and comfortable apartment with spectacular besphorus views. Very delicious breakfast with good service specially Emre he was very helpful, quick , and friendly with us . Many Thanks
