Recently stayed at the Ibis Style Meteor and overall, my experience was okay. However, I was very disappointed with the luggage storage service after check-out. Upon checking out, I politely asked the front desk if I could leave my suitcase for a few hours. I was told that it was impossible because "there was no space." To my surprise, just a few minutes later, I saw other guests who were checking in being allowed to store their luggage without any issues. While I understand that hotels prioritize incoming guests, it feels unfair and disappointing to be given a false reason. A simple and honest explanation about the policy would have been much better than a claim that was clearly not true. This inconsistency left a sour note on an otherwise acceptable stay.

We cannot fault this hotel. All the staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We bought a navigo card to ger around Paris. The staff photocopied our passport photo and inserted it into our cards for us. It was very clean and very comfortable. Room 409. The food was lovely and you could get free tea and coffee at any time of day. The Metro was 5 minutes away and trams and buses about the same. We would not hesitate to book this hotel again. To all the staff we thank you so much.

Sehr freundliches Personal, sauber, gutes Frühstück, gute Anbindung an Metro. Kaffee und Wasser kostenlos. Jederzeit gerne wieder! Very friendly staff, clean, good breakfast, good connection to Metro. Coffee and water free of charge. Would always choose that hotel again.

Good hotel, clean and quiet despite being so close to the Peripherique! Friendly staff, good breakfast. We didn't dine in the hotel (some very nice restaurants nearby!) but it looked to be nicely crowded any evening we passed through. We had a small problem with the air conditioning in the room which was advised to Reception. We were assured it would be dealt with by Maintenance and, sure enough, it was fixed that day. The bed was only ok. That is really my only gripe with the hotel. It is ideal for a short stay in Paris. I would stay there again

A very functional and comfortable stay in Paris at the Ibis Meteor. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and covered most choices of cereals, breads, pastries with the addition of scrambled eggs, cold meats and vegetables. The hotel is easy walking to several Metro stations. There is a selection of restaurants in this area within easy walking distance. Reasonably priced, value for money.
