Great Location for the football stadium

15 minutes walk from the metro. We went to watch the football at the stadium round the corner from the hotel. The bar was still open and very busy after twelve o'clock when we arrived back. The breakfast was good and the staff were excellent. The room was a standard Ibis room.

Horrible and if you can, please don't go there!

- Very bad customer experience while I am a member of their loyalty program. At the reception to me your booked via Booking? I said Yes. They said, sorry you don’t any advantage and you’re treated like people coming for first time to their Accor Group while I go often on their hotels all over Europe! What a horrible customer experience. - In two days, we had 3 times the alarm and the worst were this night at 3H30 and they were not able to close it before 30 minutes - It's like an industrial hotel without any 'human" contact

I am very satisfied with my stay at the hotel. The staff was very helpful, friendly and patient. There was no problem with communication in English. The atmosphere was great. The breakfast was very varied and catered to everyone's needs. Products were very fresh, a large selection of baked goods, meats, cheeses, eggs. It was also possible to have a hot breakfast. Also juices, coffee, a large selection of teas. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, a room met our expectations. Easy transport connection with underground, and also with airport Paris ORLY.

money missing from my room!

I stayed here for 3 nights with my friend. The room was small (barely enough room to open the suitcase up). The beds were comfy but the room got so hot in the night we both slept awfully and kept waking up sweating. The bathroom was tiny and mouldy. The shower was however a good shower and body wash was provided. The hotel is within 10 minute walk of the bus and train stations so handy and easy to get into the city centre. I left money in the room and we came back that evening, i was missing 25 euro. We then the next day left the sign on the door for our room to not be touched however this was ignored and cleaners had been in. Left feeling very unhappy and will not recommend this hotel or stay again.

Rooms were on small side but I was only person in room so it wasn't a problem. Neighborhood wasn't the best but this was a tour so it was 'out the door and onto the bus' every morning we were here. The beds and bedding was very nice. Resataurant had a solid breakfast bar with breads, eggs, sausage, fruits and cereals. Staff was friendly. Rooms were quiet.
