i visited this hotel with my partner on our anniversary day, and it was a beautiful experience because we got the art mirror and slice cake prepared, thanks a lot to silmi, ana, and kyla who helped me to get these great service. will definitely come back :)

Restaurant service: Della and lyka. Service for clients is good. Food is good exempt some. Room service is very good. Training students are very bright and kind. Specially lyca is,very social and kind.................................

The hotel is located not too far from the city centre. The room was clean and well maintained. On top of that, bed and pillow were comfortable. Thank you to Aep, Reva, & Abi We requested for extra towels and they were provided promptly. The breakfast restaurant was nice and clean

Arrive almost midnight and the staff on the lobby was very helpful. Nice and comfy room with cleanliness. Only stay for 1 night but definitely will go back to here again with the friendly and helpful staff. (Recommended staff: Daffa and Salsa).

shoutout to Mr aep arifin for housekeeping our rooms clean and spotless,,, nice and cozy spaces inside the hotel. came here with my family for a quick family weekend getaway.booked rooms with amazing mountain views. also love the plenty selections of food during breakfast
