aep arifin dan rahma the housekeeping team did an exceptional job of maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of my room, they were prompt, thorough, and always greeted me with a smile. it was evident that they took pride in their work and aimed to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests

Arrive almost midnight and the staff on the lobby was very helpful. Nice and comfy room with cleanliness. Only stay for 1 night but definitely will go back to here again with the friendly and helpful staff. (Recommended staff: Daffa and Salsa).

shoutout to Mr aep arifin for housekeeping our rooms clean and spotless,,, nice and cozy spaces inside the hotel. came here with my family for a quick family weekend getaway.booked rooms with amazing mountain views. also love the plenty selections of food during breakfast

We booked our room for 2 days. The check in was smooth and we got early too. Room was nice with good amenities. Breakfast too was nice with varieties. Special shout out to housekeeping team, Aep & Ano. For make sure our room was tidy and clean with enough amenities. Really appreciated dog towel origami, quite a surprised.

I booked this hotel under my husband name, my husband has stay in this hotel and said that this hotel was nice, and it was true😊 I have been stayed in many mercure hotel before and this hotel just as comfy as many mercure. I also like how staff here was very nice. I just love a friendly staff, the one I remember was Anastasya who gave me welcome drink and also novi who handle my check out. The lobby was very comfy and the lighting in the lobby it's also warm and nice, not that many food choice for Indonesia food but still delicious, over all very good hotel. Thank u mercure nexa 🙌💖
