First time staying at Grand Mercure Bandung and in my opinion this is a hotel with the best of the best service, the rooms are spacious, clean, fragrant and have a balcony, and the swimming pool is also very large. The internet is fast and there is a smart TV too. The housekeeping staff is also friendly and very skilled, his name is Ovik, thankyou Grand Mercure

Really Comfort during stay in Grand Mercure Bandung. all Staff are Friendly when check in and helpful. Room clean and cozy with full amenities. Kids playground and Pool also clean and make our children happy play in there. Breakfast so many varieties and sooooo Good ! Thank you so much mas Stevan and Mas Alam for your kind service. Also thank you to Mba Stefani/ GRO teams& HK team made our rooms pretty good with your mirror art, towel art and Slice birthday cake for our kids, Hopefully we can stay again in the future🩷

Good place.. nice swimming pool.. A lot of selection for breakfast.. especially the egg corner.. always tends to our specific request.. 😁😁 The staff will s also helpful.. Maybe need a better service during rush hours in breakfast.. sometimes the cutlery is running out

Always a great experience staying at this hotel. This is not my first stay here and I will always find a reason to go back here. Smooth check-in process, heated swimming pool (which is such a HUGE plus point), great food at Hardy's restaurant for both breakfast and dinner and warm staffs who are very helpful and welcoming. Would always recommend this property to anyone looking to stay somewhere a little bit secluded, cooler with cozy ambience.

I had an amazing breakfast at grand mercure setiabudi The variety was impressive, with a wide selection of both hot and cold options that catered to every taste. From freshly baked pastries and bread to a range of eggs, sausages, and pancakes, everything was perfectly prepared. The fresh fruit and yogurt bar was a nice touch for a lighter option, and the coffee was excellent, strong, and served piping hot. The service was attentive, with staff quickly replenishing items and ensuring the buffet stayed clean and inviting. I especially appreciated Naofal and Shella. Overall, it was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had, setting the perfect tone for the day. Highly recommended!
