Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Staff very friendly, special mention to Yoda in restaurant who made sure we had everything we needed. Really nice pool, well maintained and very clean. Pool attendant Indra was great, very friendly and looks after your every need when at the pool. Gym equipment needs upgrade.

This is my first time staying in this hotel for my business trip. Hotel was nice and its services was a great help. Unfortunately, I left my jacket in my room and realized it when we were heading to Garut. We called the hotel and with the help of Mr Fariel @Concierge he sent my jacket to my residence with no charge at all. Thank you for the hospitality.

Nice hotel with great staff & good breakfast selection. But not only that, for the guest that cone to Bandung wants to try and feel the street food, this hotel suits you all since it’s located near to Lengkong night street food market that you can explore bu walking distance. But the higher praise for us is the f&b staff in the restaurant. The food selection with the healthy juice station and they even served Indomie!!!

All thats good. Start from the room , facilities and especially the service was good All staff sangat ramah dan helpfully Especially Ms. Anne she’s get the engaged with the guest (my experience is she’s mengajak anak saya bermain so my son very happy and and she’s offered us food that we hadn't tried yet) Mr. Abdul very polite and helpfully also, he offered us healthy juice. Thank you Mercure City Center, we will definitely come back again 💕
