The room is quite spacious with a good view. Staff are friendly and helpfull. Bfast is nice with many options including 'the jamu'. Thanks for mas Yuli, the bellboy with his smiling face and helpfull kindness. Will definetely comeback to this hotel on my next trip to Bandung

Not a staycation hotel friendly.. the service was so poor.

So many bad experiences here : 1. The bathroom is dirty please see my photos 2. The baby crib was so bad is not proper to sleep in 3. This is not baby friendly room not suggested to bring your kids here. The bed has sharp elbow tip that can injured anyone who pass throught it 4. Can't borrow eating utensils even for baby's eating needs 5. The receptionist hung up on the phone (ms egha) more than once because she didn't want to connect to the manager and lied that the manager hadn't arrived yet. When I went down to the lobby, it turned out that the manager (mr Arhi) was already there and I complained about borrowing eating utensils for my baby and they were given them. I was stayed on 31 march 2024 on room no 404 under name Danny W.

helpfulness staff is always be a good point when i visit a hotel and i find it here. however i should make review for the restaurant floor. it looks filthy, it makes me sad because this place used to be our fave place to stay. hope the team can make improvements for this subject. thank you joyceline and the receptionist for helping me today

Exceptional Stay at Novotel Bandung: A Perfect Blend of Hospitality and Cleanliness!

We had an amazing experience staying at Novotel Bandung! The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly from the bellman and reception when I check in and out especially Mas Habib (sorry I forgot the rest of the name) adding a personal touch to my stay. The cleanliness of the facilities was truly wonderful, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. My spouse and I thoroughly enjoyed our time there and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Novotel Bandung has set a high standard for hospitality!

The room was clean and the location was pleasing. Staff were welcoming and the breakfast was enjoyable. Having said all of this, there was nothing especially great about the place. This was your usual Novotel experience and whilst there was nothing super special about this hotel I would certainly stay there again.
