I recently stayed at Ibis Bandung Grand Central and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is conveniently located right in the heart of Bandung, with easy access to many local attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. It's especially great if you're planning to visit Gedung Sate or the nearby cultural spots. The room was compact but modern and clean, with all the basic amenities you'd expect from an Ibis hotel. The bed was comfortable, and the Wi-Fi connection was stable throughout my stay. One thing I appreciated was the large window that offered a nice city view, making the room feel more spacious and bright. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. Especially, mas Sopyan who delivered the amenity to the room, mbak Krista in the operator for helping me any kind of requests, mas Yoga (Pullman staff) who was very helpful in explaining the access to the elevator. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, forget the name. But he was very informative. Even the Front Office Manager Mas Fazar greeted me with such warmth and friendliness. The breakfast was an absolute delight. I was previously informed that breakfast had been moved to the 1st floor at Sadrasa. I was pleasantly surprised to find myself having breakfast at a five-star hotel .At the Pullman lobby, a staff member named Mbak Euis kindly assisted me when I was a bit anxious about being in the wrong place, but Mbak Euis was very helpful and kindly directed me to the restaurant. The variety was impressive, offering both international and local Indonesian dishes to suit every palate. From fresh pastries, cereals, and made-to-order eggs to traditional options like nasi goreng and bubur ayam, everything was well-prepared and delicious. If you're looking for an affordable and reliable place to stay in Bandung with a strategic location, Ibis Bandung Grand Central is definitely a solid choice.

Nice place to stay in Bandung. It is attached to the classy Pullman Hotel - which was our only problem with it - the Ibis has not got an entrance of its own! If you try to order a taxi (Bluebird App) from the train station it is not recognised - because you have to enter the Ibis hotel through the Pullman Hotel which the App defaults to - somewhat confusing initially. We struggled to find our way in and out the first day as you go up lifts one level, then escalator to the next. However, that said, the hotel was very nice - clean, comfortable, and great location. The reception staff were extremely pleasant and helpful in recommending and organising transport. There is a spacious sitting area with comfortable chairs on the reception level. Breakfast at the Pullman is not to be missed. I have stayed in many hotels worldwide but have never seen a buffet breakfast like it, well worth the money.
