Good overall experience but could be Better!

The location is great, foods okay, kids enjoy it so much because of marshmallow. Things to improve, light decorations on room (suites type) too low, that knock the head several times. The noise surprisingly not well absorbed, so the sound from vehicles are hear from the room, I am not experiencing it on the other 5 stars hotel specially from Pullman chain. Lastly some of the staff are not responsive enough, we wait almost 30 minutes to enter kids club because no one around, calling the operator and nothing happened, until we need to go directly to the lobby. Overall still pleasant experience, and thanks to upgrade our room from junior suites to suites. Thanks.
