Great place to spend short holiday with family, great service, comfortable place, great view from the room, delicious breakfast. The kids really enjoy the swimming pool and the kids club is very cozy. And the hotel is located in the city centre

The moment I arrived at the hotel, the staffs were very welcoming. The check-in process was smooth and straightforward, they upgraded me to one of the executive room which is super nice. Some of the perks I got to enjoy were the afternoon tea + night cocktails, I only joined the cocktails one and it was nice, the drink tastes good and I like their mushroom croquette, very tasty. There were a couple of staffs that welcomed me with some snacks, fruits and a “surprise” chocolate cake, sent it all to my room. They were all very tasty, but what struck me the most was the snack actually, those “jajanan pasar” were like the best thing I’ve got. As an Indonesian who lives abroad, these kind of foods were nostalgic. Speaking about room, it’s quite spacious, clean, the bed was comfy. There is a Smart TV with all of the hotel info, facilities and of course some streaming services. Breakfast were good, lots of options. I’ve got to try the chicken porridge, omelette and some snacks, they were all very tasty. The cappucinno was good as well. One thing I would like them to improve was the seating arrangement. Instead of free seating, please have the staffs arrange it. Because when I was there, it’s quite packed and I had to make a couple of round just to find a seat and then I had to ask the staff for it. The checkout process was fast, just need to drop the key in the checkout box. All in all, I had a pleasant stay, thanks to the great hospitality of the staffs (Feby, Tami, Naffa, Mita and etc) and I definitely will be coming back if I visit Bandung again.

Really appreciate for the warmest welcome especially for Feby, Tami, Naffa and Mita that prepare our room for anniv. Didn’t expect that we also get surprise cake, really appreciate that. Best hotel in center of Bandung for family vacation

The hotel is super comfy and clean. My room was surprisingly spacious even though I just booked the standard one. I lucked out with a nice view of Gasibu Field. The kids club here is top-notch, my kids had a blast playing there. This place is definitely kids-friendly. The breakfast at the restaurant is also a hit. If I ever comeback to Bandung for vacation, I'll definitely come here again to make the most of the awesome experience.
