Comfortable, clean & nice hotel, spacious room, great location and excellent service! I got special promotion price, early check in & late check out, free upgrade room, breakfast and welcome drink. Thanks to ALL Accor Plus. I also got special decoration and surprise birthday cake in the room. Thanks to all Pullman team’s for the nice hospitality and service. Highly recommended to stay here❤️

My recent stay at the Pullman Bandung exceeded expectations due to the exceptional guest experience. The pre-arrival outreach was one of the best I have ever received as an Accor Platinum member, with the Executive Lounge team proactively contacting me via WhatsApp a few days before arrival to provide a convenient way to receive assistance. The concierge Mr. Garuda especially made my trip extremely memorable due to the unparalleled level of heartfelt care and world-class service he provided to my husband and I. Thanks to his dedicated, knowledgeable and enthusiastic help, I was able to arrange a customised private day tour at short notice, securing restaurant reservations and had an airtight itinerary. He went above and beyond every step of the way, truly embodying the spirit of hospitality. The room was well-appointed with a convenient layout that maximised space and useability. It had an open wardrobe and semi-open bathroom design where there was a double sink outside and individual enclosed toilet and shower. The room had plenty of space for our large luggages and a lovely dining corner and sofa. Bedding was extremely comfortable with medium firmness and very good foam latex pillows for a very restful night. The highlight of our room was the view of the iconic Gedung Sate government building. The Executive Lounge located on the 16th floor is beautifully furnished, very spacious and classy environment. There is the opportunity to have breakfast, afternoon tea or evening apertifs with a nice high-rise view. The breakfast selection was good with a mix of hot and cold buffet options as well as à la carte. Evening cocktails were very good (and potent). What made the Lounge so fantastic was the attentive team especially Ms Nadya, Mr Wesley and Mrs Sylvia who were all so dedicated. The entire staff from the security, greeter, front-of-house were all so friendly and proactive to assist making our first trip to Bandung a very memorable stay. Thank you to the Pullman Bandung team, we will be back.

Nice room, delicious food, complete facility, strategic location. Overall great value. Little advice add some movie app on room tv setting and heated swimming pool for convenience.

Previously We had given information that We would check in at 3 pm, we arrived at 3:38 pm and had to be delayed until finally We could enter the room at 5 pm. The reason from hotel is that at the same time we are serving customers even though when we arrive there is no queue, and we are welcome to wait in the executive lounge. After about an hour of waiting at the executive lounge which was not comfortable with service because it was crowded said hotel persons, we finally reconfirmed. At the time of confirmation, there are indeed customers who will enter the suite room, maybe this is what makes us have to wait even though we have confirmed beforehand. Thanks for the service, my family's time experience in Bandung was quite disturbed and yes, we better skip breakfast for early check out to maintain the family's mood.
