A Thoughtful Anniversary Stay at Pullman Bandung

Pullman Bandung made our anniversary stay feel genuinely special. We were warmly surprised with a thoughtful greeting, a lovely cake, and a complimentary room upgrade, which set the tone from the start. The staff were consistently polite, attentive, and accommodating throughout our stay. While the breakfast selection was a bit limited, everything was well prepared and tasty. A comfortable, well handled experience that clearly values its guests and the little moments that matter. Special thanks to Feby, Tami, and Naffa.

We had a very pleasant stay at Pullman Bandung Grand Central. A real highlight was the huge suite upgrade, which was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained made the stay feel special. The Executive Lounge service was excellent. The staff were attentive, warm, and professional, with a great selection of food and beverages. It was a calm and enjoyable space, perfect for relaxing throughout the day. The hotel facilities are also a strong point. The gym is excellent, well-equipped and modern. The kids club is great, clean and engaging, making it a nice bonus for families. The swimming pool is okay-sized, but as it is unheated, it can feel quite cold due to Bandung’s chilly wind—something to keep in mind, especially for kids. One area that could use improvement is breakfast at the rooftop restaurant. While the venue itself is lovely, it struggled to handle the crowd during peak hours. Orders especially the egg dishes became messy and slow. This could be improved by preparing more items (such as eggs and popular dishes) ready for self-service, which would significantly reduce waiting time and confusion. Interestingly, the ground-floor restaurant was amazingly fast and efficient, even with many guests. This shows the issue is more about workflow at the rooftop venue rather than staffing or service quality. Overall, a very enjoyable stay with standout service, comfort, and facilities. With a smoother breakfast experience and perhaps a heated pool option, this hotel would be close to perfect.

We stayed at Pullman Bandung to celebrate a birthday and had a wonderful experience. The hotel surprised us with a birthday cake, which made our stay extra special. Amazing hospitality from all the staff, shout out to Audi, Feby, Tami, Naffa ( GR & HK team) and also Rizal (front office) thank you for celebrating with us. The location itself is amazing, close to all culinary spots in Bandung. Will definitely come back to Pullman when visit Bandung Keep up the good work Pullman Bandung
