Excellent location in the heart of the city. The staff were incredibly professional and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a huge selection of high-quality food. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers! By the way, thank you so much for the unexpected birthday surprise for my daughter. It was so incredibly thoughtful! we love pullman 🫶🏻

Very convenient, Big size room with bath tub and 2 separate toilets! 👍 Food during the meeting was also delicious with many options. Gym are big with complete equipments. Yoga mat is available in the room, too!🧘‍♀️

Great Hospitality and Accessibility at Pullman Bandung

I stayed at the Pullman Bandung for 8 days with my mum, who uses a wheelchair, and overall we had a wonderful experience. The staff truly stood out and made our stay very comfortable. From security and concierge assisting my mum in and out of the car, to the housekeeping team delighting us with their creative towel art, every interaction was warm and professional. The Club Lounge staff also deserve a special mention for their excellent service (and for always keeping my red wine topped up!). The only area of concern was the noise level in the room. Despite being on the 16th floor, we could clearly hear outside traffic, especially on the weekends. I was a bit surprised, as I would have expected double-glazed windows to block out more of the noise. That said, this did not take away from our overall enjoyment of the stay. We truly appreciated the hospitality and care shown by the team, and we would happily return to the Pullman Bandung.

I visited Pullman Bandung Grand Central just for breakfast on January 25. The breakfast selection was generous, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The salad bar was complete, and the pastry selection was impressive. I especially loved the danish pastries. Thumbs up to the pastry chef. A special shoutout to Sinta, the breakfast hostess at sadrasa, for her charming and helpful service. Sinta was attentive and even brought us a mixed juice that was surprisingly delicious. Her warm attitude truly stood out. However, interactions with some other hostess and a manager (not to mention) felt less engaging, as they seemed more focused on their system while asking for reviews. There was also an instance where a random host placed a glass of hot tea on our table without any request and left right away, and when we returned from getting more food, the tea was already gone. As a friendly suggestion, clearer reconfirmation and more proactive communication with guests would be appreciated. A more welcoming and attentive approach during breakfast would certainly enhance the overall dining experience.
