I had an excellent stay at Hotel Mercure Bandung Nexa Supratman. The location is very strategic, close to many cafés, restaurants, and popular spots in Bandung. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always welcoming with warm smiles and quick service. Breakfast had a great variety of options and everything tasted fresh. The overall ambiance of the hotel felt cozy yet stylish, making it perfect for both leisure and business trips. And I’m so happy that i had a great service from Ms. Raisya.

Had a best staycation here, we got room upgrade from superior to privilage. Service so good, breakfast also good. Handle check-in until check-out with kak kiki. All requested fullfiled by kak riza. thanks mercure nexa

This is my first time staying at this hotel. The hotel is nice. My first impression when I met the staff, Ms. Putri, was very good. She was quite helpful and friendly.

The coziness, friendliness, and deliciousness of hotel at its best

Stayed here for 11 days, and it feels like a second home for me. Cozy place, delicious breakfast, incredible view, most friendly staffs, ever. Thank you to the loveliest housekeeping personnel at 9th floor, Neng Tia, for the fun conversation every day. And also thank you to restaurant personnels: Neng Rani (Catherine), also the omelete+sausage chef, and pastry girl (sorry, I didn't ask their names 😵‍💫) for their best service on every breakfast time. This was easily the most enjoyable breakfast in hotel I ever had in long time. Overall, the most pleasant stay in hotel for me. 🌹🌹 In shaa Allah, will return again one day for more me-time here 😁👍🥳
