A nice hotel inside the Trans Studio area

We stayed at this hotel during our trip to my hometown, Bandung. The hotel is conveniently located within the Trans Studio Mall and theme park area, making it a strategic choice for easy access to dining options and other necessities. It's also fairly close to the city center. The room was of medium size and equipped with basic amenities. However, the quality of the body soap and shampoo was disappointing, so we ended up purchasing our own. We didn't opt for the hotel's breakfast, as there are plenty of food options in the surrounding area. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and the room rates were quite affordable. Be prepared for crowds during the weekend.

My fam were happy and nothing to complain about the hotel, we just enjoyed our holiday... Strategic location, close to TSM and easy to go around the city Clean room and love "bubur ayam" at breakfast was great Thanks to Mr. Budi & Ms. Lisa for the hospitality.

The location was great. They have a great choice of breakfast. However, the taste was average. Most importantly, they did not wash the mug in the room. I knew it because I notice it still has dried milk stain inside. It was so crowded, so that the queue was long.

Good hotel for stay! I have a pleasant stay here! The staff are very welcoming & warm especiallyy teh front office team they are very helpful. The location is right beside mall very strategic, the breakfast is also good tho. Will come back here again!

Gold member but did not get an upgraded room

I am a gold member of accor plus who is eligible for a room upgrade. During check in I was informed that my room will be upgraded, however my room was not upgraded, and it turned out the welcome card in the non upgraded room has already with my name on it. It seemed there is no intention to upgrade my room. As a gold member of accorplus, I am very disappointed.
