With very reasonable price, we got all the convenience of a 5 star hotel: 1. The hospitality is BEYOND. I was helped by mbak Nopa in the reception desk, she was very welcoming, friendly, and willing to listen and help on what we need (regarding detail inquiries on the room). She's such a natural born hospitality provider. Thank you mbak Nopa, our stay was smooth thanks to you. 2. The quality of the facility is surprisingly TOP NOTCH! very decent with very nice fragrant. 3. Located in a very STRATEGIC are, going anywhere around bandung is near from here. 4. I got room with sofabed which is amazingly CONVENIENT. Very well maintained room. Overall, this hotel deserve a 5/5 rate. Very worthy to try!

A very well kept hotel with a good view of the city! Fast check in and kind staff. The hotel is adjoining the Pullman Hotel. If you're looking for a hotel with an interconnecting family room, look no further! It is near the Dago Shopping district and within stone's throw to the Geology Museum.

Great location in Central of Bandung. Clean room with great view, smart tv entertainment. Friendly staff with fast check in / out. Lots of parking space. Breakfast have plenty of choices.

One of the best option to stay in Bandung Center

Checked in at 11 at night & was provided with the room as per my usual requests (no smoking, high floor, corner room, with city view). Always ask nicely and politely, and im sure they will provide you to their best extend. The Hotel It is conjoined with Pullman and shares the same parking space. You need to take separate lift to access Ibis Reception area. The Room (corner room with city view) It is quite huge for Ibis Styles. And whats more surprising is the washroom is about half of the whole room(??), which makes it kinda oddly huge(?) (Not that i mind tho) Room is very clean, with colorful vinyl flooring, and beanbag & monkey doll. The Service Reception staff have noted my requests and delivered. Very informative and prompt. Was told that for breakfast will be served at Pullman side. Which is a welcomed upgrade. The minus Just a slight one. There is nowhere to put your own toiletries inside the shower area. Which makes it difficult if you bring your own product(s) unless you dont mind putting it on the floor. Hope to come back soon! Definitely 4.9/5!
