I was quite disappointed with my stay at Hotel Ibis. Although the service and staff were good, the cleanliness of the room and the noise were very disturbing, which made it difficult for me to sleep comfortably. The breakfast also did not really suit my taste. However, the hotel’s location was convenient and provided good access for traveling around.

Much improved service upon last stay feedback. Thank you.

Stayed again in the past year after those horrible nights as the hotel manager resolved the issues. It was a good stay from checking in to departure. Staffs were friendly and helpful too. Location wise, it suits my travel needs. Thank you!

This is an amazing hotel with various breakfast. My kids love the pancake with a lot of topping. There are also Indonesian food here such as batagor, cilor, pukis, and es campur for breakfast. You can cook Indomie by yourself as well! The staff are friendly. They help me to open the access lift from the lobby since they give one access card only. Thank you.

nice friendly and good service, and The wedding venue was very good because yesterday my family and I held my sister's wedding at the Ibis Hotel. The service and overall hotel is very good and comfortable, highly recommended for hotel or breakfast purposes in Bandung. Very satisfied with all the hotel facilities & services, the room atmosphere and atmosphere of the hotel are quite attractive, the service is very friendly from check in to check out .
