I’ve been to Pullman Grand Central a couple of times, never disappoints. Location is in the middle of everything, with close proximity to eateries and Bandung station. Room was clean, with complete amenities, and a welcome snack. I would like to express my gratitude to Feby, Tami, Naffa for the birthday surprises. I only requested for a birthday note in the room, they went extra miles with birthday cake and happy birthday greeting. Housekeeping staffs were polite and eager to please. Pullman hotel will always be my to go choice in Bandung.

The spa was excellent with good massage and the masseuse was very friendly and experience. The spa reception Ms Jeje was very informative and the therapist Wilda was very experienced. Will come back again and highly recommended.
