perfect for those on a budget

We stayed here whilst visiting Disney on a budget (if that’s possible). The apartment was clean and contained 2 hobs, a microwave and a dishwasher. There wasn’t a cooker which was frustrating, but we managed. The staff are friendly and we had no issues with noise during the night. The hotel is within walking distance to Disney and also a large shopping centre. The shopping Centre has two supermarkets if you plan to cook some meals yourself. All in all it’s a nice hotel and you get much more freedom than staying in a packaged Disney hotel.

Absolutely brilliant! The staff are incredible, the rooms are beautiful and have everything you need. I’d highly recommend this location, especially if you are headed to Disney as there is a complimentary shuttle bus to the park and you’re only a 10 min walk. Also shopping mall, restaurants and supermarket right next to the hotel, less than 5 minute walk. Thank you to the lovely Maude who assisted us upon check out, she was very sweet. The only place ill stay when visiting Paris! Can’t wait to come back.

Positives: Great location Good price paid Staff friendly and helpful Negatives No maid service even though we stayed for 7 nights Water in the bath/shower kept running cold Place looks quite run down Overall 7/10 and if you’re not going to be in the hotel much anyway then it’s okay Would I return? Overall a good stay and a nice hotel. It’s in a great location- far enough from the busy- ness of Disney but also close enough that you only need to hop on the free shuttle and you’ll be there in less than 5mins. Also close to the shopping center in Serris with lots of food places to choose from. We missed the buses home from Disney so got Ubers/Bolt from Chessy train station, costing between €10-13 so very reasonable. The hotel room itself was a lot less modern than it appears in the pictures. Our room was OK but the bathroom needed lots of work. Toilet felt like it was going to fall off the wall, same with the shower head/bath taps - both were broken and taps coming off the wall. We also weren’t made aware that housekeeping only comes if you stay 7+ days (until we read the reviews). No extractor fan in the bathroom or anywhere which meant we had to leave doors & the window open to get the steam out. Staff were lovely and hotel was perfect for what we needed but could do with a good refresh. Value for money those as it was a or cheaper than other hotels around the are/disney hotel. Great for a base if you’ll be in the parks most of the day :)

Came over for a 3 night stay purely for Disney. Hotel is functional and adequate. Free filter coffee near reception which is a nice touch. My room had dishwasher, fridge (maybe a small freezer section), kettle and nespresso machine. Clean bedding and Comfortable Beds. AuChan supermarket close to get some snack, bread etc Excellent service and attention from Leah and Maude. I had initial problems checking in though as soon as they were aware they understood the issues and resolved efficiently. Hotel does run an excellent free bus stopping at Platform F at Marne Chesnee RER. The timings are not exact so turn up a few mins early. Just be careful as if you are heading to disney it may stop directly outside the hotel OR at the bus stop across the road and slightly further down. Otherwise 15/20 min stroll but you'll be mostly moving at DLP so be kind to your feet. We got there 920am and left 1030pm the days we were at DLP. In theory you can get the Disney shuttle from Orly/ CDG and then get the hotel bus back though do check the timings. Top Tip: If you book from an travel agent / website also print out or show any "vouchers" or "pre-paid" info. The agent's booking reference given to you may not necessarily be the same as the one the hotel has. Minor Disadvantages Tv channels are all european and i couldnt quite work out how to chromecast. Hotel does need small refurb as minor leaks spotted.
