Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your candid feedback. We are delighted that you found our location convenient and appreciated the easy access to Disneyland and the proximity to local shops. It is our aim to provide a prime location for our guests to enjoy the surrounding attractions. However, we understand that you had concerns regarding the condition of your accommodation. We take pride in our premises and regret to hear that certain aspects did not meet your expectations. The state of the carpet, skirtings, wardrobe, and bathroom fitments you mentioned are areas we will look into with serious consideration. Additionally, we apologise for any inconvenience experienced with the kitchen equipment. Our aparthotels are designed to offer a home-like environment and we regret any shortcomings in this aspect. Nonetheless, we are pleased to hear that the cleanliness of the apartment met your standards.
