Not perfect but has what you need

Had first night of four here. Location is ideal , from Disney and there's huge shopping centre a stones throw away. Yes room is in need of TLC in a few places but it's nothing major. Main bed is harder than I would like , but that's a preference. Decent tv but only local channels and for some reason can no longer cast to. WiFi is ok and easy to connect to. Have all you need really. Little shop at hotel , but there's also a liddle very near. For price and location it ticks all the boxes.

Excellent location, very tired accommodation, would not return.

The location, access to Disneyland and local shops are the absolute positives of this hotel. However, beyond the public areas, we found our accommodation to be very tired and not what we were expecting from either the photographs or the other reviews. Whilst we appreciate that as frequent travellers, we have high standards, the carpet was very stained, the skirtings, wardrobe, bathroom and other fitments were very much past their best. Moreover, for an 'aparthotel' , the kitchen equipment was woeful. On the first morning, there were no bowls and we had to plead for what turned out to be three chipped bowls from the breakfast room. The apartment was clean, yes, but we would certainly not recommend if you wish your accommodation to be more than a place to sleep.

Bad bad bad

I am totally not happy with this booking because of below problems 1. Room is smaller than what is booked 2. Water heating kettle is not there and they gave after 2-3 calls 3. No bedsheet to sleep only one is given. 4. When asked for bedsheet I have to got reception and carry myself nobody to send to room 5. Nobody pickup the call at reception 6. No friendly reception very rude and unfriendly 7. Very very bad service Note: rooms are much smaller than in photos. Sofa bed is so bad and uncomfortable.

The good thing about the hotel is that it is close to amenities and has a shuttle bus to Disneyland. The bad points are that the receptionists do not want to be there. If you have a question they roll their eyes and answer as quickly as possible and if you ask them again they still do not slow down. Everything was too much trouble for them and they would look at their computers rather than speak to a customer. The rooms were also dirty with ants coming up in the shower room. When we moved the lamp we found a lot of dirt and another ant. Would not recommend

Good and not so good

Hotel is in a good location, near DLP. It would probably take about 20 minutes to walk. We used the free shuttle and paid bus service. The free shuttle is good but there are large gaps during the day with no service. Shuttle is very close to hotel entrance. Not near enough any train station to walk with luggage. The reception area is nice. Staff were fine, not rude and not overly friendly. There is a small area in reception selling snacks and drinks. Room was a good size and had kitchen area so could cook and store food. Room was not very clean, quite dusty. Bed very uncomfortable with large dents in mattress. Toilet completely separate from main bathroom and did not have a sink to wash hands in. Cutlery, plates and pots/ pans on high shelves and hard to reach. Bathroom has a shower over bath with quite high side so extra care needed stepping in and out. No change of towels in several days. Body wash provided in bathroom. Staying here was fine and had both positives and negatives. Fine to stay in if you want to spend a few days near DLP.
