Best place for family vacation. I recommend strongly. From private pool to children slides to morning buffet the service was excellent all the time we have stayed. 7 days of pleasure. Close to activities un town and sightseeing all over the resort.

Excellent stay at this resort. This property is the most beautiful thing I have ever seen. I felt so fortunate to be able to spend time here with my family. The customer service is so kind and authentic. The breakfast buffet is very good and crafted beautifully with plenty of variations. You have a number of pools and your own beach. The beach offers lounge chairs, kayaks, paddle boarding, life vests, towels. I can’t say enough good things about my time here. I can’t wait to go back.

Very friendly staff, good food in lunch room as in dinner. The breakfast is very good. The swimming pool is very big with enough spaces available during our visit. Our trip was business, and after work a very relaxed place to oversee the day. Rooms and bed perfect.

Overall a nice one week stay for 2 adults, 1 infant and 1 toddler. +Nice shady green area under the palms where we could spend our time hiding from the sun with the smallest one on the big couches. +Great we can order food online from almost any spot of the resort. +Nice breakfast. Tea corner was my favourite with loose leaf selection of different herbs. +Lunch & dinner also good. Basic drinks a bit overpriced if compared with average prices on the island. But for someone who planned not to get out anywhere during their stay, it is ok. +Spa facilities are beautiful and clean. Again twice more than average Phu Quoc but you pay for customer service and tidiness. I went once into street massage places and was enough. I would go again to Emerald spa though.+Kids room is wonderful. Spacious well built, wooden toys and creative activities available. Other dedicated kids activities are available but you need to prebook , which is so not easy when kids are unpredicatable and you are on vacation. I just dont want to plan or book anything :) +I guess biggest advantage of this place is the staff. Seem to be well trained. Of course there is room for perfection but overall they try well to do their job. Not speaking English or Vietnamese can be solved via any translation app. - Beach is often full of trash. Spent way less time in the water than other spots of the island we have been to. Even though it is cleaned, the sea keeps spitting trash onto the shore. This is a major glabal issue, not particular resort's. - Stroller accessibility can be improved in particular around pool area and access to kids zone. When you have two kids one in stroller other not, you need to be dynamic :) Their own staff are struggling to move the cleaning cart around the pool. - Music: sometimes the music around pool and the at the pool bar are different and overalpping. At the beach i would like to listen to the waves not club music (i can do that anytime anywhere, but live sea i can listen only on vacation). - Would be great if the breakfast is served till 10.30 so we can enjoy workout/the sea in the morning as much as possible. Later is just too hot to be at the beach. Also good for those doing intermitent fasting having one meal a day :) Thanks for a lovely stay! Would come back.

Beautiful very big hotel. We get 260sqm penthouse with privet terrase and swimming pool. Very nice stuff, excellebt breakfast. Nice Beach and garden with swimmingpool. Everything 1st class . Bar and restaurants quite expencive but very tasty.
