Отличный отель, много бассейнов, пляж замечательный , лежаки , зонтики в полном достатке. Номера хорошие - каждый день меняют постельное белье , не переворачивают , а меняют. В 22 часа всем спать . Для тех кто любит драйв-жить надо в середине острова. Здесь релакс и затишье. Напротив улочка с массажами едой и магазинчиками. По приезду два дня были волны , сейчас море спокойное. В номерах есть все - утюг и доска гладильная, станки, , расчески итд одноразовые. В Хабаровске метель -20, а здесь рай!!!

Впечатления неоднозначные. Крысы или мыши испортили настроение.Еще дождь и ветер.

Находимся в данном отеле. Вилла. Шикарная с 3 спальнями и бассейном. Два дня назад обнаружили в одной из спален крысу или мышь Или всех сразу ‍️ . Это жесть. Через гида (спасибо Анвар) вызвали спасателей . Три дня не могут никого поймать. Действия бездействия. Сама написала с просьбой о смене виллы. Отвечали сутки. Наконец-то предложили переехать. Мы не стали переезжать. Объясняю почему. Скорее всего это не единичный случай . Виллы стоят близко -и в другой может быть Тоже самое. Стали изучать качество уборки. Это конечно антисанитария. За шторами (простите за подробности) эксременты мышыные или крысиные. Лестницу не моют от слова совсем. Душ, также не промыт-протерли смесители и хвати. Песок со вчерашнего дня. Правда бокалы от чая и кофе моют. Полотенца в достатке. Балкон не убирают. Бассейн по запросу. Опять же через гида. В качестве комплимента -ВЫПРОШЕНННОГО !!!!! 4 напитка в баре.И то не все можно заказать !!!! Кстати когда мы заселились на виллу принесли комплимент ,точно такой же как носят во все номера- 4 кусочка десерта (под микроскопом не разглядеть). Это конечно смех. 4 банки колы и минералки. Персонал неторопливый,странно что нет одноразовых тапок,( только резиновые сланцы) мочалок . Халат все однотипные -M,L. Муж 52 размера. Просила несколько раз. Приносят те же размеры Клиентоориентированность в этом отеле 00000. Одно радует-мы с друзьями и нам весело.

Отель очень симпатичный, компактный, территория зеленая чистая и красивая. Однако отель не является семейным по следующим параметрам: 1) К бассейну с коляской не подойдешь, куча лестниц и ни одного пандуса((( 2) Очень скользкая плитка на полу по территории, ресторану что очень опасно, мокрым можно травмировать себя не слабо. А для детей это вообще красный уровень опасности. 3) Очень скользкая плитка настенная постелена в санузлах, в душе. Падал не раз, благо все обошлось учитывая что вокруг острые кафельные углы. 4) Детский клуб работает до 18:00, до этого времени ребенок купается, гуляет по экскурсиям и тд. Именно когда он нужен его закрывают. Особенно что возмутило это то что, у них протекли писуары в мужском туалете и они ее застелили отельными синими полотенцами. Что дальше полотенца хоть и после стирки пойдут вытирать лица гостям или вообще ужасно детям, думаю нет сомнений. Из плюсов: Пляж, территория, бассейн.

Прекрасный пляж. Хорошая зона бассейнов. Бесплатный шатлбус до "Европейского квартала". Прекрасные завтраки на любой вкус. И отличный бонус - бесплатный проход на шоу "Поцелуй моря"
