My stay wasn’t enjoyable enough starting from check in process to enjoying the cocktails hour at the restaurant or the house keeping service. Slow checking in Staff at the restaurant didn’t bring my cocktails even i ordered 3 times, my accor experience at this resort is so below the expectations; first day of my stay the house keeping didn’t clean my room untill i call them by my phone, hotel’s phone didn’t work and i call them 3 times also to fix it?!

One of the worst managed Accor hotels. Although I mentioned that my 5 years old son is ill, they gave my room at 15:40 mentioning that checkin time is 15. There is very poor front office management. Everywhere are full of thrown like luggages and people at the queue. I got my room but came back to the reception telling the manager Ha about the lack of one bed. She said extra bed needs extra payment. I accepted it but she said they are out of stock. They can only upgrade the room at the next night. I paid the upgrade price unfortunately. I told Ha that she talks like a staff but not a manager. I told her that I reserved the room with 3 people and it is not a standard room but a sea view suite. You should not reserve a room with a bed for 2 person for 3 person. It should not allow this situation. But she did not understand. After uprade payment she sent me an extra bed without extra fee but we were so unhappy up to that time. Hotel's rooms are not kept well, smells bad, the beach is full of dirt although they put cleaners. Go to Radisson Blu which we stayed after or if you want to stay at Sunset area then go to the New World. I said at many Accor hotels, but this one spoils the name of Accor. They should put front office managers who sees other 5 star hotel services staying as a customer. She didnt listen and understand customer needs. All front office staff were very rude and they get used to provide very bad service. They thought that this is very normal for high season. It is ridicilous

My second visit to Premiere Residences. First visit was during its soft opening. Khem Beach is a beautiful location. PR has a gorgeous, clean, oversized pool that meanders throughout the property, so you are guaranteed relaxation and peace whilst swimming. Only slight con was weathered looking pool chairs needing an upgrade. Well appointed, clean spacious King suite with wonderful pool and ocean view. Sunset time was always amazing to watch from the balcony. During my five night stay I found the entire reception area insanely busy, overcrowded and always unapproachable due to large continual 30-50+ tourist group bookings. It was a stressful scene of overcrowded chaos and always difficult to receive assistance. However all reception staff were so friendly, professional. Perhaps large group check ins/check outs could be conducted at the spare desk near entrance, so that Accor members desk and other general reception desk area are easier and quicker to access. Meals and drinks were reasonably priced. 50% off cakes late at night was a yummy treat too. Applause to a lovely, polite young woman named Nhu who during breakfast (day 1 to day 6) remembered my name and always made sure that I was well cared for. In a big, busy resort I was impressed by this personal, friendly service from her. Also, Miss Van from reception You too are an asset, hard working team member. Smoking area needs decent consideration. Perhaps take a peek at Movenpick or Pullman for creative inspiration. I enjoyed my stay. Always great value for money down South

Apartment style family-oriented resort on Phu Quoc's best beach with great service. Guest Relations Huyen is amazing.

They say Khem beach is Phuquoc best beach and I know understand why. Resort provides free kayaks, beach toys, and an awesome vibe. Very kids-friendly. Though there is no babysitter at the kids club, the activities for kids (parent to be present) looks really good. I experienced amazing and personalised service throughout my stay, all staff including house keeping and matinenance were friendly and greeted people. Guest Relations lady Huyen went above and beyond to assist us with our requests. We stayed for only 1 night on the last day of our trip and it's too short of a stay to enjoy what this property has to offer. We'll definitely be back. The property extends complimentary private airport transfer for Accor Platinum/Diamond. While there is no executive lounge on this property, evening canapes are available. Breakfast line is huge, but also extremely crowded at the same time as the property is large.

We stayed here in a garden villa for 3 nights, check in was quick and we hot into the room early. The Villa was fantastic, probably the best we have stayed in, comfy, spacious and a great location. Staff overall were excellent,we had a few teething problems during our stay, but we're quickly resolved, particular mentioned to Van on reception, Anh in the clubhouse and Leon the head chef. Facilities are excellent, lovely beach, great pools and activities for children. We live in Vietnam and stayed here during covid, this is yhe busiest resort, we have stayed in, but the staff with their systems seemed to cope with the full capacity of the hotel. The only issue is getting sun beds, you need to have reserved (everyone does it) before breakfast, although this might be easier at a quieter time. Since we came last there are also a few beach restaurants, including the excellent Istabul, where you can eat next to the beach and have more choice apart from the hotel. Also in front of the hotel, some shops and cheap local restaurants. Our children 8 and 12 enjoyed the activities and the playground (which had a pool table, table tennis for older kids) along with the excellent foam party. Will definitely be back.
