This hotel definitely needs updating. A purple bathroom? With decorative swills across its middle? Mind you , that’s the only thing I can say against this hotel. Food is lovely as are the staff. The beach is lovely and security staff try to move on anyone who isn’t staying there. There are plenty of sun beds and the staff will help you move umbrellas when needed. We were put in the room furthest away and it wasn’t ideal but there you go.

We spent Christmas and New Year at the La Veranda. We stayed In the ocean view junior suite which was nice and spacious. The Hotel is set in lovely gardens. The staff are so very nice and welcoming and always have a smile on their faces and go out of their way to ensure that you are enjoying your stay. The Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve gala were excellent and the buffet food was superb. You have a wide choice for breakfast and we enjoyed meals both in the Peppertree restaurant and the Le Jardin which were both really nice. It also has the added bonus of a private beach. We would highly recommend The La Veranda.

Wonderful experience at La Veranda. Professionally managed concierge team under Sam. Super yoga experience guided by Patrick. Couldn’t ask for a nicer setting. Beach and pool very comfortable. Old-world charm meets modern expectations.

Highly Recommended! The property is ideally located near the beach and boasts a beautiful garden. The rooms have a charming, elegant atmosphere. The overall French colonial design adds a romantic touch to the experience. Top Notch service, special thanks to the Customer Experience Manager. We will definitely be back!

I will start with the fact that the hotel is located in a good part of the beach, where there are no waves in the winter season. Good territory, rooms, quality of cleaning. Breakfasts are simply magnificent. Of the minuses: the work of the management, which sets the hotel security service up for constant conflicts with beach visitors who are not hotel guests. The hotel beach itself is not private, due to the legislation of Vietnam, the beach area is a public beach, and all tourists are aware of this. However, security is forced to break the law and drive tourists away, which is a gross violation of the law. If you don't want to see daily scenes of security trying to kick out visitors to a beach that is not the hotel's property but a public beach, you shouldn't come here. Accor should think about the advisability of further cooperation with this hotel, where the managers have extremely low qualifications.
