The hotel is great, we had a wonderful experience. The massage at the spa was wonderful. I recommend Xuong. We had a family massage and the kids loved it.

We had a wonderful stay at Novotel Phu Quoc Resort! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel at home, but a special mention goes to Hong at the reception. She went above and beyond to help us check in early after a long journey, which made our first day so much more comfortable. Her friendly attitude, professionalism, and genuine smile set a positive tone for our entire stay. The resort itself is stunning—beautiful beachfront views, clean and spacious rooms, and excellent facilities. The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of variety, and the pools were spotless and relaxing. Every corner of the property feels peaceful and well maintained. We truly appreciated the warmth and hospitality we experienced here, especially from Hong. Thanks to her and the Novotel team, our Phu Quoc holiday was unforgettable. Highly recommended!

The space is airy and refreshing with lots of greenery. The beach and swimming pool are absolutely wonderful. The breakfast restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes, and the spa is very relaxing thanks to Anh. Thanks you Novotel, for giving us such a wonderful vacation
