The service was here was very good especially Ng.Son in the bar café. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you are travelling in Vietnam and want a weekend get away from the hustle and of Ho Chi Minh City. Beautiful beach and great food…..

Nice resort and very good environment at Novotel Phu Quoc... and nice service from the staffs special Mr Son at lobby bar , he make drink very good.. Mr Phu alway support us when we order room service, I will come back for my next vacation. Everyone should try to stay here

Hien fo If I ever come back to Phu Quoc, this is the resort I want to visit again^^ The facilities are very clean, the staff is very friendly, and the scenery is beautiful. It's a very satisfying accommodation! The Sonashi Night Market is close by and there are many restaurants in front, so it's great for visiting with children.

I had a wonderful stay at Novotel. The hotel is clean, modern, and fully equipped, making me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. I would especially like to compliment Klin – a truly friendly, helpful, and professional staff member. She explained all the services in a way that was easy for us to understand and even helped us with early check-in. We felt great from the moment we arrived.
