My wife and I had truly wonderful stay. The service throughout has been excellent, and we were impressed with the immaculate condition of both the cabana and suite facilities. Every team member we encountered was warm, professional, and attentive. Thank you very much to the General Manager, Mr. Frank, for the extra touch of generosity to our stay. Thank you once again for making our visit so enjoyable. We look forward to returning in the future.

I had a wonderful stay at the Pullman hotel in Phu Quoc. The resort is beautifully designed with a relaxing atmosphere and stunning ocean views. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a long day. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, always ready to help with a smile. I especially enjoyed the pool area and the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. Overall, it was a perfect place for a peaceful and luxurious vacation, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Phu Quoc

Thao introduced us to the breakfast experience on the 9th floor, so we decided to give it a try. Our first impression was that the restaurant space was very elegant and quiet. The staff there, including Hanh, Khang, Giau, Di Di, and Anh, were all very friendly and enthusiastic, always providing attentive assistance whenever we needed it.

Khang Ngoc Giau Chin Tuan Anh- thank you SO MUCH for your super amazing customer service! Wow, what a beautiful experience. Everything was AMAZING! Thank you Khang and Giau for being so professional, so sweet, and so amazing. The food was PERFECT, service was PERFECT, I’m so happy! Khang was so, so nice and made sure we were well taken care of. Khang and Giau had the best customer service BY FAR! They were both super friendly, always smiling, and super hard working. They were always making sure we were taken care of and they went above and beyond. Super super sweet! They even took pictures of me and my husband by the sunset which was incredibly kind and sweet. Thank you Giau and Khang!

The wife and i had a very enjoyable stay at Pullman. All the staff were very welcoming and always smiling. The breakfast was very nice, with a vast selection for everyone. Dinner at The Madcow was great, tried the wagyu beef and it was the best steak I've had.(no joke) The view from the Madcow patio is beautiful and very relaxing . We stayed in their cabana room, which was clean and had a comfy king bed. You also have a private plunge pool and patio. Highly recommend 👌 The property is kept spotless and the gardens and trees are beautiful. The beach has white sand and a few hammocks. Lots of activities beach volleyball, archery, crochet darts and is reasonably quite. They also have a silent section at the edge of the water. We love our morning walks on the beach but be prepared to see garbage once you leave the hotels section of the beach. Just one of those things.... Our only concern that needs to be addressed. The pool and beach bars have only 1 bartender per bar but 4 or 5 servers. We waited 30 mins for 2 drinks on 2 different days. They told us January is high season. Fair enough, but my thought was why wouldn't the bar be adequately staffed then? We would highly recommend this resort for families and couples or solo to relax. We loved our 8 day stay and will return in 2027 🇨🇦
