Not sure about some of the recent poor reviews - I found it lovely, better than your usual novotel hotel. Only stayed one night on our way back with a coach tour, so arrived quite late without time to use the amenities and no evening meal provided so can't comment. Check in was quick, room was lovely as was bathroom, tea and coffee making provided, along with bath robes and slippers. Not a vast, but good, choice of buffet food for breakfast which was all fine.

So bad it was laughable

Stayed with a coach party for a trip to the Belgian Grand Prix. Clearly the hotel cannot cope with coach parties. The first night we arrived after an 18 hour journey we were informed there was no food available at all. So had no option but to order Uber Eats as there is nothing really close by. Breakfast the next morning, utter chaos, no plates, no juice and piles of dirty plates everywhere, this carried on throughout our stay. Second night we were offered food but again total chaos . Third night again after a 12 hour day informed the hotel would not be offering any food. We called at the local takeaway and were told we had to take this back to our room, despite everyone in the bar on the first night were sat eating takeaways!!! Our key card boasted we could enjoy drinks and snacks in our fridge, the fridge was empty throughout our stay, apparently we should have had a Nespresso machine, again we didn't have one and apparently we should have had a bathrobe and slippers, again none provided. Shambolic hotel such a shame as on first impressions it seemed OK. It became a running joke on the coach how bad the hotel was.

On the plus side - convent location, loads of Tesla charging points and decent sized rooms with good aircon. On the negative side - check in really slow and when eventually get there room not ready. Booked executive room - no nespresso machine - apparently stolen and no spares nor any other rooms that have them !! No stocked mini bar or robes. Still waiting for shower gel.... Couldn't really recommend - when compared to other Accor Hotels really quite disappointing.

There was obviously a mistake when cleaning your room prior to your arrival ; given the fact that Nespresso Machine had very recently been stolen, the cleaning staff did not realize that this room was supposed to be Executive, and forgot to put all the special amenities required. Stayed here for one night when travelling from Austria to Dunkirque. It was a comfortable night’s stay. The rooms are nice - comfortable and a decent size. My room (332) was quiet and I had a peaceful night’s stay. BBC1 is available on the massive flat screen tv in the bedroom, so there was something reasonably decent to watch for entertainment (although ITV, C4 or E4 would have been better). Better than just having BBC World News all the time. I had an evening meal at the restaurant. There wasn’t much of a choice, but the food I did have (chicken and mushroom risotto) was very nice. Not much of a choice of drinks (a dessert wine would have been nice), and the waiters weren’t very attentive (would have been nice to have been asked if everything was alright, and offered more drinks rather than having for a waiter to be nearby and call out to them, which I don’t like doing), but at least food and drink was available, which is what I needed after a long day of travelling from the Salzburg area. It’s perfectly fine as a stopover hotel.

Not in the average Novotel. No bottle of water in the room, also the bathroom products are limited. Restaurant with a limited list of dishes from the menu. Good beers with a nice lobby to have fun after work. A lot of parking places in front of the hotel also for Tesla
