The hotel is pretty close to Waterloo town with ample parking space and tiny restaurants around. Downside, its pretty far from Brussels city and cannot commute easily by train or public transport. Also, the room we were in was on top floor, kind of attic and had no good ventilation. We sometimes felt suffocating as there were no normal windows to open!

The Trattoria Pizzeria, which serves the hotel, and is directly connected to it, although independent, is shamefully abysmal, the food is actually very good, but the service is not. The staff are either incompetent or contemptuous. The staff at the hotel were openly recommending other restaurants to their guests and admitting that they were aware of problems. If they cannot get an order right when there are only a couple of diners in there then they should not be running a business. The reaction to the problem was total disregard, and in our experience, this is not the first time. We will not use it again.
