The hotel was located right on the beach in the heart of Boa Viagem neighborhood. Beautiful hotel with great sea views. The only flaw was the room key card kept malfunctioning every day and I had to go down to reception to reset the key.

The standard room provided was dirt, the shower place was disgusting, the walls was not painted, the bathroom door was full of water. I was in the other room last time and had a lot of problems but this one that offered me wasn’t acceptable. I wont be in this hotel again and also will recommend the same for my colleagues.

In your last stayed you did receive un upgrade for one of our executive rooms, however, in this stay we did not have that available for an upgrade. The overall stay was good, but missing services and also missing previous information about these services is an improvement opportunity.

Excellent, but the hygiene of the rooms could be better.
